i bought a 10 day water park, fun & more from undercover tourist back in november and saved about $15 over buying from disney direct. i realized today that i have lost it somewhere in my house (possibly washed in a pocket) and emailed them asking how to replace the ticket. within 30 minutes i had a email and a call from them telling me no to worry about replacement (you do it right at the park) and they would send me all the info! they are awesome to work with and so nice!
i have to say that i did learn from this site to copy the serial numbers on the back of the ticket and do have that. they would have sent me a copy if i didn't have it though!
we are not planning on going to disney for a year which was part of my concern but they assured me that despite the long time lapse between visits, it will be fine.
definately will be buying from them in the future and highly recommend them to others
