How quick are they to respond? I need to cancel my order and reschedule due to flight change.
 
Maybe the wrong forum to post this? That said, I forgot to include one person on a reservation almost 2 years ago. They said the only way to fix it was to cancel and rebook. I think I had to call to cancel.
 
I have made changes with them before. You do have to call but they are quick to take care of things.
