Undercover Tourist for WDW Tickets

Definately get the link through the newsletter, it will save you money!!

I use UT and have been very happy!

Has anyone ever converted tickets purchased from UT into an annual pass at the DVC price? We were think that might save us a few dollars.

Interested in hearing experiences with Undercover Tourist for tickets. We don't go often enough for the DVC annual pass, so we buy 10 day no expiration hoppers. Anyone have problems or issues with UT?

Every time we've bought tickets since 2002-ish, we've bought them via undercover tourist.

They're prompt, reliable, and have the best prices you're going to find (without having to sit through a time share presentation, that is). ESPECIALLY if you subscribe to the Mousesavers newsletter (go to www.mousesavers.com) and use the subscriber special rate.

We only ONCE had a CS issue (the tickets got SOAKED in the process of mailing them...not just wet but the whole envelope looked like it had been dunked in a bucket)and even though it was not UT's fault by any means, they replaced the tickets and even covered the price of mailing back the damaged ones. All in one quick phone call.

Yup, UT is a good company to do business with.

One recommendation, photo copy or scan the back of all the tickets you buy, that way if you ever lose them you can go to guest services at Disney and have them replaced. I actually forgot our pack tickets once (how dumb of me I know) and luckily had scanned the tickets and e-mailed them to myself. I borrowed a computer at AKL and wrote down the numbers. Later that night we went to guest services at DTD and they printed us up new tickets.

Also, just so everyone knows, you can bridge tickets to a new DVC annual pass upgrade, but cannot use tickets to renew you DVC annual pass.

Ditto on this, great point to bring up. :thumbsup2

UT is great and we always use them no problems.

While DH and I have DVC APs, I always use UT with the Mousesavers link when purchasing tickets for others. As other posters have said, their service is very fast, and I whole-heartedly endorse them. :thumbsup2

We've had AP's the last few years, but prior to that, UT was a perfect choice for tickets!

Order with confidence!

Bought 16 tickets last year, no issues, and they upgraded us to FedEx 2 day delivery.

We have used them for several years and never had a problem. They even allowed us to return an unused show ticket once becuase someone in our party ended up in the hospital.
