the last couple of times that I have purchased tickets. Both times we purchased ten day park hoppers with no expiration. For two adults and two kids and using the mousesavers.com link, I saved about $60 over other sites I looked at.

I can't remember the time for the first set of tickets. This last one I ordered on a Friday and received either Tuesday or Wednesday the following week.

I also understand, but thankfully have never had to verify, that they keep your ticket numbers for your orders in case the tickets are lost. I still make my own photocopies to have on hand.

We haven't used the tickets yet (going next week), but we ordered our tickets on a Monday and received them that Friday. So, we received them way faster than the 10 days that they guaranteed them by.

I have the same mousesavers link and am seriously considering... i had been waiting and waiting for my local Disney store to get more tickets... well they got the tickets but the prices went up a lot as they repriced with an exchange rate far higher than the current exchange.

Their service is wonderful. First we saved $63 compared to any other website for our 6 day park hopper. They called us to verify our billing information within 5 minutes of placing the order. Billing and shipping address were different since they were purchased as a gift. We ordered on Friday afternoon and received the tickets the following Monday. Would definetly use them again.

We used them for our Feb trip. Absolutely no problems. They arrived within 5 days. I think we ordered on a Sunday night and I had them by Wed or Thurs. Here is a tip I learned from this site. Make a copy of the back of your tickets in case they get lost. I'm glad I listened. Half way into our trip DH lost all of our tickets. He ran for FPs and we can only assume the holder we were using slipped out of his shorts pocket and we lost all five of our tickets. We went to the park the next morning and they reissued us tickets for our remaining three days. No problems. Would definitely use UT again.

I bought tickets from them a couple years ago and had no problems getting the tickets. But the hallmark of a good company is when something goes wrong or you need to ask them for a refund - how does the company handle that? U.T. was fantastic!!! After we received our tickets, I was told I wouldn't be around to use them so I called the company and told them I would have to return the tickets - the woman mentioned that they were good forever - I mentioned that was fine but evidently I wouldn't be. She was so very understanding and nice and told me what I needed to do to return the tickets and our money was immediately refunded. Thankfully I'm doing well and am still here, but the point is that U.T. came through for us and I recommend them to everyone I know that is going to Florida for any attractions that they sell tickets for. They are a class-act company. Even if you only save a couple of dollars, it's worth it and they will take care of you.

I was thinking about purchasing Cirque tickets through them, bu through Disney you actually (I have been told) that you have a choice of seats. It didn't look like that was an option through UT though. Too bad, because it would save us about $25.

I'd like to add this as well... I too had a great experience with them! I bought the ticket when "I had the money" :) But I didn't have enough to pay for the " no expiration". I was pleasantly surprised to find that when I got to the Disney Resort, I was able to "add-on" the no experition date for whatever the going rate was.. to the U.T. ticket.
They were also able to add the ticket to my daughter's room key ( I didn't have one more thing to worry about.)
I also recommend them to people like us, who have large families... buy 1 pass every couple of months, be it at the Disney Store or U.T. this way you're not hit with "sticker shock" when purchasing 5 or more six day passes!

If you know what section you wish to sit in, could you call UT and discuss this with them and see if they can get you tickets where you would like to be seated? It may not work if you have specific seats that you want but if it's just a certain section or area they may be able to help you. If you just purchase them off of their website this may not be possible - but maybe with a phone call :confused3

Like everyone else I used them 18 months ago and the tickets arrived really quickly to Australia! I am going to use them again very soon to buy my tickets for next year (our exchange rate is getting better so I thought I'd take advantage of that! :thumbsup2)
I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We've used them to purchase passes on 3 separate occasions. We used the Mousesavers link and the tickets arrived quickly - well under the ten-day mark - for each purchase. Highly recommended. :thumbsup2

Last month I purchased two adult park hoppers through my Mousesaver's letter link on a Friday morning, and the next Monday afternoon, they were in my mailbox. This was the second time I've used them and they rock!

TagsMissy, looks like UndercoverTourist has also repriced w/ higher exchange rate.

23 May 2009: For a 10 day Park Hopper:
Disney quoted . . . . . . . . . $305.66 USD (no CAD quotes) plus $14 shipping to Canada = $319.66
Undercover Touist quoted. .$297.95 USD (and quoted CAD $353.62)
Undercover Tourist, via Mousesavers Link:
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $288.95 USD (& quoted $342.94 CAD as a gteed max, poss up to 2% less.
Their site stated "Your Credit or Debit Card will be billed U.S. Dollars $ 288.95. We guarantee you will pay no more than C$ 342.94 - the price you pay can be up to 2% less than this"
. . .(ie no matter how much the exchange rate drops between then and now, the min charge is $336.08 ...... I figured this out after completing the transaction!)

I'll see how it racks up when the Visa Bill comes thru! (I'll update here for you!)

May 31: I checked the visa, and the $288.95 rang in on my Visa at $335.98 CAD

Jun 3: Tkt arrived! Woo Hoo! (it's a cardboard/tyvek type material) Woo hoo!

Maybelle, last year I purchased a La Nouba tkt at a discount through Ticket Mania online $76 vs $81 for category 2. At their site, you chose the date, time and pricing category and pay for tkt (I used PayPal instead of ccard).

Because I was new to online tkting, halfway thru the TktMania process I telephonedthe WDW tkting office on the phone to verify it was on the level.
Yes, definitely was (CM even sounded pleased for me to have paid a lower price!), so I completed the online payment process and gave WDW agent the receipt number and got my seat confirmation.

(I had already scoped out the seating arrangements for La Nouba, and determined what seat I was likely to be given online. The agents were using the same system, it was automatically assigning seats in sequence as purchased. I had neck issue and asked if they could accommodate it by giving a seat in a different section. That just took a few minutes, but was no problem, it appeared the agent had to get an override or something to not accept the auto seat assignment.)

Within a week TktMania sent me confirmation in mail, along with a photocopy of same telling to take both just in case the small card went missing (that was thoughtful service!).
And a couple hours before the show, I picked up the actual seat tkt at La Nouba (gave the tktmania card and showed photoID)

At the Undercovertourist site, I read:
. . . . . . "there are no balconies, just tiers of seats. Category 1, 2 & 3, we offer Category 2 seats.
. . . . . .voucher issued - present at box office for admission."

So, it's probably the same process:
. . . . . .Purchase the tkt thru the Undercovertourist site (using mousesaver's link if you have it thru their Newsletter)
. . . . . .Check out WDW's booking site (http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/destinations/downtown-disney/entertainment/cirque-du-soleil/ as if you were going to purchase your tkts to see what seats are being auto assigned for your chosen tier/date/time
. . . . . .Then call WDW tkting office for La Nouba to reserve the actual seat, giving them the discounter voucher receipt number.
. . . . . .Get the voucher in the mail from discounter.
. . . . . .Present yourself at LaNouba tktcounter min 1 hr before show to redeem the voucher for the actual Nouba Ticket showing your seat
. . . . . .(bring the voucher and photoID)

The show was fantastic, well worth it, :thumbsup2and all seats appear to be great, here are a couple things I noted:
--First row of EE or DD seats overlook stairwells & have a rail in front that sometimes was in our line of vision (it was NOT a huge issue, and maybe a tall person in front of you might block more).
--People sitting in the seats wayyyy to the side, might miss out on things at their side of the stage to the back.
--Looking at the chart now, I think sections 203, 204 and 205 had the best view... (there were a few times that there would be La Nouba action in the semi circle walkway dividing upper from lower.... Also in the very back walkway, but you can't sit behind that!).
--There was a casual Preshow as people were entering, it took place among the audience.:rotfl:
--The gift store is pretty crowded after performances, you might want to check it out earlier (if you're going to the 9pm show, remember the 6pm show gets out before it starts and so that would be a busy time as well.... I went about 4pm and it was pretty empty.
--You can't take pictures during the show, but I took several in the store!;)
--They do have a concession stand and you can eat/drink during the show.popcorn::
--Massive lineups for bathroom after the show!:scared1:

I actually did think about calling them, but there didn't seem any way to do so from the ordering pages.

Thank you so much for the detailed info...I will definately check into this! If I can get good seats and save $25, that would just be a bonus!!!!

Thanks again!!

We did this a few years ago when the mousesaver link discount was with ticketmania. We bought the vouchers then called Disney to reserve our seats. Back then you could reserve 6 mos. in advance. We were given a confirmation # so it was easy for the clerk to find our tix a few hrs before the show. I would do it again. It's not a huge savings but every little bit helps. :thumbsup2

Just to clarify,
. . . . It was Disney I called to be sure the discounter was acceptable to them.
. . . . I never needed to contact Ticket Mania, only did the online transaction.

Hey! It also just took 1 stay onsite for me to become an Addict as well! Think it must be something in the Mickey Icecream Sandwiches!

We also used UT on our last trip and the tickets came super fast! We'll be using them again next time, for sure!:cool1:

So it looks like there are some pretty good teir 2 seats available for the night I want....I'm hoping that WDW ticketing will be open regular hours tomorrow on the holiday.

I plan to call UT, just to make sure that I will be ordering vouchers and have a confirmation or voucher# when I place my order, then I will call WDW ticketing to confirm the seats.

I'm thinking that is the correct process. I'm going to try in the AM. Will report back how things go!!

Thanks for the info!
