Undercover Tourist for resort?

We have used UT for tickets many times, are they just as good for resort bookings?
Since we are only staying at AKL for three nights we won't get free dining, and the room discount is small for that many nights. We've never paid this much for AKL!
In comparing ticket prices I see that they also have rooms to book...
Are they a block or rooms in a certain area?
Any downside to booking through them? It looks like the savings would be almost 300 dollars.
I've also searched Priceline ( also never used before) but am only seeing an option for a villa and we want the hotel room for the 2 beds and recent renovations.

I haven't booked through them for hotel personally, but those I know who have have had nothing but good things to say. My understanding is they also have a cancellation policy very similar to Disney's.

The big disadvantage with UT is that I believe you must prepay entire bill at checkout
