Undercover tourist error

Trying to buy the discovery cove Black Friday deal through undercover tourist but every time at check out I get kicked to a blank “forbidden 403” page. Anyone else experienced this? Any solutions? Can you call in to their number to book with them? Appreciate any help!

I just compared websites and discovery cove’s prices are about the same. They also have a generous refund policy. Would you consider booking directly through them?
