For those of you who have ordered from UT before, how long has it taken to get your tickets?

I ordered mine last Sat. and got them in the mail yesterday(Friday)

It took about 5 business days, much faster than they stated.

I placed my order last Saturday and got it in the mail today.. I think that was pretty quick..

I ordered from UT on 8/1, and got the tickets in the mail on 8/5.

Ordered mine last Sunday and not received mine yet. Anyone know how they are delivered? USPS? UPS? DHL? Does someone have to sign for them?

Mine came in the mail yesterday.. just the regular mail and noone had to sign for them.. They come in a white envelope- not a regular size one.. they are sealed in this plastic in the envelope so when you open it make sure the tickets are right before you open the plastic as if they are wrong you can return them.. but if the plastic bag is opened you cant..

Please rest assured that all tickets will be delivered within stated timeframes on the website

Some tickets arrive quicker than the 14 days because we happen to have a large inventory of a particular ticket at that time.

We always experience a rush on tickets when we hold the old lower price; this DOES slow down shipping of tickets, but not to a point that makes us deliver later than stated on the website. We will always call you if we think there is a problem getting tickets to you in time.

If you are a bit nervous, please feel free to call us on Monday and we will gladly look into individual cases.

Is anybody still waiting to receive the tickets they ordered before the price increase? I ordered mine on Satursay and am still waiting!

I am still waiting for mine as well. I will wait for the mail to come today and if they are not there then I will give UT a call

Ordered mine a week ago Saturday (day before price increase) and they came yesterday, so I guess that was about six business days.
