Undercover Tourist - delivery question

I ordered mine on 8/5 and i'm still waiting. Although I did receive and email with a confirmation of delivery. So hopefully they will be here soon.

HayGan - I am glad to hear you got your tickets! Sadly, I waited oh so patiently for the mailman to come and... alas there were not tickets. I am satrting to feel like I am the only one out here that has not received their tickets. Oh well... maybe I'll have better luck tomorrow. If not I might just have to call and see what is happening!

We had great service from UT. I ordered twice, the first time the tickets were delivered in 5 days and the second time they were delivered within 4. I give them a ! We will definitely use them again in the future!

I can vouch for the fact that they are attentive to ticket orders. Back at the first of the year when ticket prices were going up, there was a flurry of activity from a lot of us ordering tickets at the 2005 prices. I placed my order and a few days later began reading about many people who ordered after I did receiving their tickets. I emailed UnderCoverTourist to inquire about my order and received a reply back in a few hours. They had checked and for some reason my order had not gone out yet. They apologized and said they would send the tickets out right away by express mail at no extra charge. FedEx delivered them to me in a couple of days. I was very happy with the customer service they provided...they did exactly what they said they would do.

I ordered some about hte same time as Foxfire, and had great delivery results! I thikn they came within five days. We were impressed with how quickly they came. We were very pleased with our ticket order!

I haven't received mine yet either but they say allow 14 days and that's what I will do before I inquire about them. I don't need them immediately.

I am still waiting for mine too. I ordered the day before the price hike. But I am going to wait the 14 days, and then call if I don't have them. Newfie2000, you are not alone!

I ordered mine on 8/6 and received them today. I was not in any rush to get them but figured they'd be coming any day since my credit card was charged.

This is the second time I have ordered through them and I give them a big .

I ordered ours on August 5th and they arrived on the 14th. Ours was an international order, so I thought that was very fast!
