The website says they are still testing at DCL expense on the last day.

Last I knew it was the morning of the last full day (not that night).

The Tim Tracker recently went on the Fantasy. Their son got tested Castaway Cay day and they said they had to be in their room in the late afternoon, I want to say between 4-5.

I know my nephew was tested the last full day on our Alaskan cruise and they had to be in the room between 3-3:30

So what happens if they test positive on the last night? Quarantined in the room for that night and then what? Walked off the ship separately from the masses of people leaving?

Ours 2 weeks ago was at about 5 pm. had to be back onboard from Castaway day at 4. Not sure about the walk off, but was told one parent would have to quarantine in the room. Made no sense that the other kid and adult could still wander. All of our section was clear, so no clue what really happens.

I don’t know for sure what happens but on our Alaskan cruise on the last night I happened to step into the hall as an officer and someone in full PPE gear were speaking to a room across the hall about needing to move to quarantine and asking for a time frame when they’d be ready to move. They asked for another 40 minutes and the office said they’d come back at 9pm (45 minutes later) to help them move. As they had the veranda room next to my parents I know they had a couple of kids so my assumption is one of them tested positive. I returned to my room after that then went to the show so I have no idea what happened later.

There was a fairly detailed report last winter of a family whose child was quarantined on the last night. One adult had to enter quarantine with the child; this particular family was a party of 3 so all quarantined, if there had been other children they were not required to quarantine as long as an adult remained out of quarantine as well. The family was escorted to a quarantine room, room service for dinner, and escorted through embarkation the next morning. This was last winter but I don't think much if anything has changed regarding the quarantine process.
