Has anyone ever used undercovertourist.com for purchasing disney tickets? What was your experience with them? How long did it take to ship?

Yes, I've purchased tickets from UCT several times. They are very prompt and efficient. I typically have my tickets within 4 business days of ordering.

I made an error in ordering one time where I inadvertently transposed my street address numbers. The post office didn't deliver the package. I contacted UCT and they took care of the problem immediately -- it was totally my fault, but they sent out new tickets before they'd received the return from the USPS. I have recommended UCT to many friends and family members and they've all been pleased, too.

If you sign up for Mary's Mousesavers newsletters, she will have a special link in the monthly newsletter for an even better discount than what is posted on UCT's website. The Mousesavers newsletter comes out on the 15th of each month, so if you have time to wait to order after the 15th, it is worth it if you're needing more than a couple of tickets. Go to www.mousesavers.com and sign up there.

I just got our tickets in the mail today. We ordered them 3-4 days ago. I used the mousesavers link and saves $60 from wdw prices.:cool1:

I didn't realize it was a better deal if you went through mousesavers. Good tip, thanks!

You are very welcome. That's the great thing about the DisBoards. Now, of course, you'll become addicted to Mousesavers and be looking forward to the 15th of each month just to see what Mary Waring has to report. :cutie:

They have great customer service. I've ordered 4 times from them (using Mousesaver's discount). This time they also had an additional $1.99 off for every $500 of purchase. I did two separate purchases but they were the same amount of money. They called me to verify this was right since the dollar amounts and the ticket quantities were exactly the same. Also received them 4 days after ordering them.

Is there a downside to getting tickets through Undercover Tourist vs Disney? Every dollar saved is good, but is there a reason to buy them from Disney instead?

FWIW, I need to buy 7-day passes, no extras, and also passes to IoA.

If you need tickets to make a WDW resort package, you have to buy the tickets from WDW. That's the only situation I can think of where not buying from UCT is reasonable.

:thumbsup2Ive used them for all my orlando tickets and they are Awesome! I am charged less then gate prices, and I like how they have a return policy if I change my mind about what I ordered.

Has anyone used greatorlandodiscounts.com after looking around it seems they have the best prices. Any help would be great. Thanks

Dose it say what the extra discount is in the newsletter? I went through the link in the newsletter and then went to the UCT site and they prices were the same. Wasn't sure if I was missing something.

Thanks for the great info, will definitely be ordering from them!!

Are you sure you went through the newsletter's link or did you just go to www.mousesavers.com? It isn't the link from the Mousesavers website you want to use, it is the link from the newsletter she sends out on the 15th of each month. There is a special, private link to UCT with special pricing just for mousesavers newletter subscribers. I just double checked just now going to UCT through its public link and using the newsletter's link and, for example, the 7 day MYW ticket is $5 less for the mousesavers private link.

Again, if you are just trying to get to UCT from the www.mousesavers.com website, that won't get you anything different. That's why I said you need to sign up for the newsletter. The next newsletter should be out on the 15th and in that newsletter will be a private link for mousesavers newsletter subscribers only.

Make sense? Btw, the newsletter is great. Mary does a wonderful job and I especially enjoy when her husband provides a restaurant review.

I was going to buy 4 tickets (2 adult, 2 kids) when we got there for $910.

Did the math ... and paid $921 for 6 day tickets through Undercover Tourist!

They came to Ontario Canada in less than a week!

Thanks! I was using the link from the newsletter and getting the good price, it just was showing the same price on the UCT website. All I can figure is that since I went through the newsletter first, the browser kept bringing me back to the newsletter version. Today I went to UCT first and yep, that is a better deal through the mousesavers newsletter!! The newsletter is great too. I think I will find it more helpful as I become better acquainted with all the Disney basics!

Thanks for your help!!

Ordered tickets on Saturday, they were in my mailbox today! Just as we ordered! Doing the happy dance because we're going to Disney World!!

I have purchased tickets from them for the last 4 years!!! They are wonderful!!! Once I forgot to go through the Mousesavers link and caught my mistake within the hour and called them about it. They cancelled my orgininal order and even helped me order the tickets over the phone using the mousesavers rate. I only buy my tickets from them. I hope this helps with your decision.:cool1:

I signed up for mousesavers newsletter but I need the UCT discount link before the 15th. Is there anyway to access it before the 15th? We're leaving on the 19th for Disney.

Thanks!
