I heard an announcement was made last night at a media event that from now til Jan. under 9 get in free at Disney parks??

I doubt that. If, then it's probably part of a package deal. Otherwise they would royally piss off those people who bought expensive APs for their kids (like me).

I believe this is the new package promo with Visa. Kids 3-9 are free with Adult resort stay and UHP purchased.

Actually, you have to read the fine print. Only one child per paying adult gets in free!
