Under 3's at character meals

OK - dumb question here. The childs price for character dining is for kids aged 3 to 11. My eldest will be a week off turning 3. Does this mean she can share my meal, or does she get her own plate for the buffet? Is there any benefit in paying extra for her? I have just been checking out the new dining prices (ouch!!) as I can do our PS this week.

BTW, we are planning on doing Goofy's and maybe Aerial's for breakfast.

There is no charge for children under 3yo. She will get her own plate. And unless she's unusually large for her age, I doubt anyone would question the fact that she is not quite 3yo.

I remember worrying about that, though, because sometimes when my 2yo was asked how old he was he'd say, "Fwee!" (We'd been telling him he was almost three.)

My 1yo DD had her own plate for Minnie's Breakfast at the Plaza Inn, and no-one said anything (and she LOVED the Mickey waffles!)

We just went To Lilo and Stich character breakfast and there was no charge for my son. And it goofy kitchen they did not charge for my son either. He is two years old too. Enjoy you character meals.!

There is no extra benefit for you paying for her own plate. She can have her own plate and eat as much or little as she wants. She can go back as many times and they treat kiddo's under 3 just the same as they do a paying child or adult. Save the money because things add up very quickly. Have a great time.

I have just got off the phone from making our reservations. I am so excited now - just hearing the accent makes it seem so real!

We decided on Goofy's for breakfast, and the birthday party at the Plaza, so DD can have a 'pretend' birthday.
