I know that kids under 3 don't have to pay to get into Disneyland, but do they require any kind of proof that they are under 3?? My niece will be three in October and we're going in June.

When we took our little boy for the first time he was 2.5 (it was a September trip and he turned three the following January), they didn't require any proof of age.

Have a magical trip!

We took our grandsons a month before they turned 3. They are tall boys for their age and we were questioned. I say it wouldn't hurt to tuck something in your purse for proof.

They never asked for proof of age. We were just there with my 2 year old son and he's HUGE. He was borderline tall enough for the 40 inch attractions and they still didn't ask for proof.

I've never been questioned.. and my kids are big for their ages, though since DS will be close to 3 when we go I'll probably grab his passport just in case :) (we go june 12, he's 3 aug 19)

My youngest DD is also tall for her age and we took her just prior to her 3rd birthday and they never questioned us once. They may ask you and/or the child how old they are, but won't ask for proof.

I don't think DL is allowed to ask for proof (Birth Certificate, etc) but they have been known to question the children about their age if they think are 3+.

We do plan to bring my great neice's BC when we go in November since she is already the size of a five year old :scared1: and my niece has dicovered it is just easier to have the BC on hand when dealing with her age. Before she turned 2, even with a BC the airlines still didn't want to believe she was a young as she is.
