Under 3 at buffets

I understand that kids under 3 can eat at will at buffets without charge. Is a drink included?

I have read that some guests have been charged for a drink for their child under 3; however, we never have. Our last experience was Chef Mickey's in January. I ordered him a milk and it was NOT on our ticket.

Same here, I was never charged even at some of the ts. If they do it's like 2 bucks, you wont miss it.

I usually brought a cup with me and would fill dd's cup with something from our table and I do remember waiters asking if she wanted anything and we never got charged for it.

We were never charged for our son's drink while we were there. I don't know if I would count on that, but it was the case for us.
