I cannot believe we're now under two weeks until we leave for our 7 night/8 day stay at CSR and then 3 night/4 days at Disney's Vero Beach Resort! We leave on Sunday July 27th!
We purchased a Sears $199 rooftop carrier the other day for our Mercury Mariner. I test fitted it and needed to drill a few extra holes to make it easier to mount on the roof rack. It's good to go now!
I washed and waxed the Mariner today. I like to have a fresh coat of wax for the trip since it makes bugs, dirts, rain, and saltwater air come off much easier. The oil is changed for the trip too.
We have snacks and beverages stacked in the garage for the trip. DW, DD11 and I all have new Crocs and I bought a new pair of walking shoes last week and I've been breaking them in. New bathing suits are ready to go too!
We're just about ready, most of the big things (reservations, ADR's, etc) are all set.
Verrrrrry exciting for us since we've had our family vacation at WDW in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006. We couldn't go last year so now it's been 2 years since our last fix. We need WDW bad!
