Has anyone used them and if so how did you find them?
Also if I buy tickets off them - looking at the 5 day MYW ticket for our group as not all of them are as Disney obsessed as I am so I know that once I get there I will probably want to add days to my ticket as I go - is this possible does anyone know? I checked their website FAQs and it says
" Upgrade or Change the ticket?
Please do so at the customer service/guest services window at the theme park.

We recommend you do this process at one of the main 4 parks e.g. for Disney at Disney's Animal Kingdom®, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Epcot®, Magic Kingdom® " so I presume you can upgrade as you would with a normal ticket bought direct from WDW but just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with them.

We have had no problems in using them. We have not had to make any changes afterward, nor have we lost tickets so we cannot speak to those issues.
