UnBirthday Party at/in DL

To give you my life history...

Last night I went to DH, firm, and said "DH, we're going to DL twice next year. Once in the summer, and once for the holiday season when we'll celebrate birthdays and christmas" and he said, firm, "No."

Apparently, going to Disneyland next year during the holiday season, aka around my birthday, will interfere with his birthday plans for me next year and he's been "working on this for a long time".

BUT!!!! (get it? Big but? No? Just me? Ok...moving on...)

He did suggest something that I thought would be kinda fun. He suggested that we have a big party to celebrate everyone in our group's UNbirthday!!!

So, my question is, what are some cute unbirthday ideas that I can do while at the parks? I already have F2 balloons saved to my favorites. What else?

What about doing the Pat E. Cake birthday party thing. I've never done it but I guess you decorate your own little cakes. Doesn't an unbirthday deserve cake too? I wonder if the CMs could do anything to make it more unbirthday-like (not sure what that would be).

Hmm..... I let you know if I think of anything else but that's was the first thing that popped into my mind.

Ooh, I know! You need to all have t-shirts that say something like "Celebrating My Unbirthday" or "A very merry unbirthday to me!" or something. That way when you find the mad hatter to take a picture with (like farmgirljen suggested) he will know it's really a celebration. Maybe someone on the dis design boards could help come up with a cute design for you to iron on some shirts.

Disney Birthday Party (Yay I finally learned how to post a link without all the website garbage)

We did this one year when DS turned 5. It's cute! They bring you out your own mini cake with frosting and sprinkles. Pat E Cake does a little show and crowd interaction and then Mickey & Minnie come out and you can take pics with them. It's at the Plaza Inn and you need to make reservations ahead of time.

A dear friend of mine celebrates an unbirthday birthday (if that makes any sense ) for her daughter every year. She is brilliant at planning parties.

One cool thing she does, is that she gives every child that attends the party a present.

Maybe you can bring unbirthday presents for the rest of your family during your trip and surprise them!!!!

Ooh ooh!! I agree do the PatECake! We did it 2 weeks ago and it was the best 15$ bargain in the park! All ages celebrate Mickey and Minnie show up for a stressfree photo op! you get a cake with assorted sprinkles, icings, a sticker birthday hat with ears and souvenir plastic cup you get to dance in a conga line and a pretty funny PatECake host comes around and interacts with everyone. I thought for 15$ each person it was money well spent. And if you all had tshirts like PP mentioned that said unbirthdays! Think you would get some extra special attention
