Yes, that's what I meant. I had heard that you could get a Fast Pass on the connected machines and also get one during the same timeframe on other machines that aren't tied into the system. I just wasn't sure what those unconnected ones were.
I'd also be interested in this if it's true! I am still miffed about not getting the unliminted fast pass when I booked through DLT for our Aug vac. I only realized later that you could get one if you make your ressies through AAA! I thought Disneyland Travel would have it all!!
ELK34, we have also been to US in Orlando and it was very nice just walking onto rides!! My son prefers that to DW but I am a Disney fan. Nothing else compares!! I think sometimes that they should just have less people alowed into the parks and that would also solve the problem. It is way too crowed in the summer months which is the time we have to go this year.
OK i haven't bought my passes yet ....so I just called AAA to price a package for me and the total was $97 more than doing it myself. And I would have to put $200 down and pay the balance 40 days prior.
So the question is do I want to pay $97 AND pay up front for the privlidge of multiple fastpass?
At the moment...I'm thinking no....
BUT I have been known to change my mind
BTW...the agent I spoke to knew nothing about "multiple" fastpass....I had to explain it to her when she called me back after looking into it....she said.....I was correct and that she had never known that and that she learns new things everyday.
I told her I learned it on the DIS
that was for 4 people, 2 nights at the Grand Californian and a 3 day hopper for each of us. The quote was $1246 including trip insurance. I asked her to omit the insurance so I could compare it to what I was getting on my own. She then said $1166
I got the GC on my own for $248 each night = $577 total including tax which is AAA rate...... and then 4 hoppers was $498
OK... it was $93 difference
I am still thinking about it especially since I'm going in July
Can I see and do everying at DL in 3 days without a multiple fastpass? My boys are older so we won't be doing the younger stuff
thats what I'm thinking...especially after reading Birnbaums guide book last night and seeing how many fast pass rides there are.
one problem though....I was waiting to see if I could get an AP rate when they come out. If I could I was going to buy one AP which sells for $165 and only 3 hoppers.....it has blackout dates but the dates do not interfere with my schedule
I also want to apoligize for changing the topic on this thread. I THOUGHT I was posting on the other fastpass thread that I started myself.
Thats why my tag line under my name says "posts in error" I kind of do that from time to time
