Does anyone know who I would call to make a complaint about not being able to use a 'plus' option from a ticket (room key ticket) from 1999. My daughters attempted to use the ticket at Pleasure Island and weren't allowed to because there name wasn't on the ticket. At that time, only one name appeared on the room key ticket (I have several for my family with just my name on it) and I was not with them  . Thanks for your help.

sorry - but read the ticket. It says only one person can use it. Not transferrable - although some were sold on ebay.

if it has your name on it - you are the only one who can use it. Doesn't matter if you are there or not - they still couldn't use that ticket.

you can write them and complaint - but you need to read the back of that ticket first.

I understand what you are saying. I would call guest services and complain. I have several tickets from our last trip that ALL have my name on them -- only one was my ticket - the rest were my dh, my dd, my dd's friend, and my ds. Just since the MYW tickets, did each ticket start being personalized for each member of the family.

We've just about used up all of the old tickets -- All had my name on them when they were associated with a room reservation. That was the case whether it was for my DH or DD. I think going to guest services and getting a replacement is the way to go. (Of course, that doesn't help if you and she aren't visiting at the same time.) Guest services always seems to know a lot more than the various ticket takers.
