Unable to enter flight info for ME

I've been trying to enter my flight info on Disney's website for two days now, and I keep getting an error message that states: "We were unable to process your reservation; please try again or contact The Disney Reservation Center at (407) 939-7675."

This is after I've retrieved my resort reservation and gone through the whole process of entering my flight info for ME. Then, after getting the error message telling me to try again, the system erases all of the fields so I have to start over!

Guess I'll have to call.

What's the point of having a website that doesn't work?!

i am having the exact same problem...i only tried 2x's yesterday and once tonight and i am not having any luck...i guess i will be calling as well....

The DME site has had issues for months now..

Psst! If your flight is due in before 9 PM, you can feel free to give up, although you might want to keep the DME number handy in case you find out on travel day that your flight will be severely delayed to arrive after 10 PM.

What really counts is having the DME reservation itself for your check in day. Punctuality on the way to Disney is not important.

Also, any additions, corrections, comments, etc. regarding going home via DME can be put off until after you get there. Less confusion for all, believe it or not.

just called disney and got my flight added for magical express...yay!! had a pleasant cast member too...

Can you see your the DME reservation now online as well? I have to change my DME and add dining plan to my package and it won´t allow me to do it online.

I did mine online on Weds. and had no trouble. Even got my confirmation Email.

i just checked mine earlier today and it was not on there...so i sent them an email to figure it all out...haven't heard back yet!!

I tried to enter my flight info today and it was rejected and was told to call. For our last trip I was able to enter the info without problem. I guess it's another long distance call to Mickey.
