Unable to cash out on shopkick

I have been trying to cash out for a $50 gift card on shopkick for over 2 weeks now and keep getting "an error has occurred! Please try again. Not getting a response from customer service and I inquired a week ago. Anyone else having issues?

I had the same issue a few weeks ago. I contacted them; it took a day or two but they got back to me and told me to try again. And when I did - it worked.
