Unable to book ADR online 180 + 10 ?

We visit WDW several times per year and in advance of each trip, I always book ADRs online beginning 180 days before our arrival day.

Going back several years, I have always been able to book ONLINE ADRs for our arrival day AND for the duration of our stay (up to 10 days). So, technically we are making reservations up to 185 or 189 days in advance. I have always been able to do this online.

Today, I went to book ADRs for our trip next June and I am no longer able to book anything past 180 days. Our reservation is linked and it shows up in MDE but it will not allow me to book anything.

I called the help desk and a young lady who clearly has no institutional knowledge says you can only book 180 + 10 on the phone. She says it is not an option to book 180 + 10 online.

It is still an option BUT for the past probably 2 years or more, people have been having problems with the online system not opening properly on their 180 day. I know on my last 3 trips at least, I have had to call to book.....while some people have no trouble online at all. Extremely annoying!

I am arriving on June 10 and I was able to make reservation starting last Friday for 180 days plus 10.
