I am a Disney Monorail fan. I have bought the monos and all of the accessories for the set. I have one train that just can't seem to keep up with the other. I have replaced the batteries. It just seems those monos struggle to pull those trains around the track. Any thoughts?

Man, my son just put his monorail away. We have 2 monorail sets (one red one yellow) with 20 pcs extra track, all the buildings, switching station and even have an HO scale 100th Anniversary train that runs under it.

I will take a pic next time it is up.

Does everyone's monorail run smoothly? I have two monorails and a bunch of extra track that I set up for the holidays. One of my trains just struggles to get around the track. Any suggestions?

Seems like our older one is a little slower than the newer one. Probably the motor. Make sure the batteries are good and the rubber rollers are free of debris.
