Un-happy limo

Just a word of caution for anyone considering using happy limo for transportation. I recently reserved 3 cars for myself and extended family. All 3 were a disaster---forgotten grocery stop, no car seat, poor drivers, dirty cars--including a urine soaked car seat and back seat from a previous passenger that I had to clean up!! I have written the company and received a free transfer on my next visit, but you can be sure I'll use another company. I asked for a refund but only received a letter of apology. This is unacceptable.

I'm so sorry to hear you recieved such poor service. I have been very fortunate with the service we have recieved from Tiffany's Towncar.We've used them 5 times now, and the quality of service has been top notch every time.

Just great...we have reserved a limo for our DD 10th b-day...from airport and back with un-happy limo... I liked the fact that they gave a "free" grocery stop...can anyone tell me if Tiffany rents superstrech limos? and if they do grocery stops...maybe I can switch my reservations...thanks. Tracy

A person by this name reported this on another board. Many people on that board felt that maybe it was planted by a person trying to discredit Happy Limo. I have no idea if that is true or not I am just reporting what was said elsewhere.

Yes, Tiffany has stretch limos! We have gotten a white one and a black one. Both were identical inside, new, spotless, beautiful, and huge! We have also used the towncars several times and have always had great cars and great service. We never used the grocery stop, but they do advertise it on there website. By the was, the Tiffany stretch limos are my kids' favorite ride at Disney.

There is no proof to back this up, but I would be cautious putting to much credence on the complaints of a poster who has 1 post. They found this site, they knew which board to go to, etc.

I would not change your vacation plans because of this type of post, it is to suspicious.

Although I do like Tiffany myself....

That's what I thought. For that many people, why not just book a van with one of the towncar companies? There seems to be some sort of a towncar service posting war going on here.

I used Happy Limo for our trip this past Sept. - we had three transfers in all. They were on time at the airport - waiting at baggage claim with a sign with our names on it, the car ( a black town car) was absolutely beautiful. Our driver was professional, drived safely, even wore a uniform of sorts (well, a suit and a driver's hat). The car was clean and new. They even surprised us with a white limo for one transfer - it was a beautiful car too - the kids loved the TV inside (there was a tape of one of those cartoon dinosaur movies - Land Before Time I think) . We didn't have any problems at all . Our drivers name was Kahn (probably not spelled correctly - sorry) We got a coupon for $5.00 off from www.orlandotripplanner.com too.
I hope this helps. (I'd be leary of a "one poster" myself, but you do as you wish - good luck in any case.)

I too would be cautious of someone with only one post. We have used Happy Limo four times and will be doing so again in January, and the service has been excellent every time. Don't worry, I'm sure that they will give you their usual great service. Our last trip was Thanksgiving weekend, with multiple legs on the journey, and they were there early every time.

We used Happy Limo on our trip in September and they were WONDERFUL. It was two weeks after 9/11, the driver said to the kids - I have a surprise for you and pulled up in a stretch limo. He said business was so slow they decided to send out the limo for us, even though we hadn't ordered it. The limo was clean, they were right on time. In fact we were 15 min. early landing and he looked very worried that he had missed us. I would not change your plans on the word of one poster. There have been many glowing reports about Happy Limo on these boards.

There seems to be some sort of a towncar service posting war going on here.

The Town Car business is very competitive in Orlando and there are many times that the companies themdelves will post messages about "the competitor" to message boards on the web.

We used Happy Limo in July and was pleased with them. We got the limo, the driver was nice and we did the grocery stop
without any problems. They were on time each way. The limo was sparkling and my parents as well as my neice and
nephew are still talking about the limo to disney.
