Um, where do you add your info for Magical Express?

I can't seem to figure out how to add the airline info for Magical Express, help please?

Here is the phone number you can call, just have your flight info. and resort reservation number ready: 866-599-0951. There is also a form online(sorry I do not have the link handy), but I prefer to speak to them in person. Enjoy your trip!

I usually just call to have it added. I'm not sure if you can do it online? You can call regular reservations 1(407) WDISNEY or magical express 1-866-599-0951 directly.

Called and updated flight info. Not showing on MDE. I got the yellow tags in the mail.

Usually if you haven't given your airline information, MDE will send you your letter and tags with a message to phone to confirm information

It helps to understand this CONTRACTED service. Disney does not own, or run MDE. MEARS Transportation does.

So - you can, in many places, REQUEST MDE Service. Disney MIGHT even get the data to MEARS . In the end? MEARS is the one to communicate with....

Our personal experience? Even when WDW screws this up - MEARS has been wonderful .

Everytime I've done it online, it gets messed up somehow and I have to call to get it right, so from now on, I'm just going to call. We got our ME packet last week, and it showed my departure flight info, but not my arrival flight info, so I didn't get yellow tags. I called to add the arrival info, and they told me that they DO have it. Yellow tags will be on the way. Sigh. I'd think they could get this right, but they never do.
