So, we were watching You Tube videos of the ship...and one mentioned that they no longer use H20 products...Is this true??? What is onboard now?
YIKES! That was one of my favorite things...Sad to see it go...

I believe in Concierge they now use Elemis products. But you can request the H20 products from your room host. At least that was the last I heard.

I, too, would be saddened if DCL stops using H20.

We just requested to have both H2O and Elemis in our room for our cruise in May and was told by shoreside concierge that it wouldn't be a problem.

I think it is still H2O in a standard room. i assume shoreside would have mentioned it if wasn't still what they were using. I don't know if you can request Elemis if your not concierge though.

Does it matter if we are just in a standard stateroom??? Now, I'm curious about Elemis....:worship:
I hate Elemis. Holland America supplies that and I usually bring my own "stuff" when cruising with them.

In the non-Concierge rooms, H2O has been the product. Don't know if you can ask for Elemis.

We were on the Fantasy last week and we had H2O products in our room - we were in a regular room though, not concierge.

I trust your judgement!

This makes me happy!!! Thank you!

Noob here, what's the difference between H20 & Elemis?

Went on a cruise back in O-Ten, so a little out of practice :)

I love the Elemis products. I would picked them over H2O products in a heartbeat! In my opinion, the scent is much better and my hair look like I just came our from the salon while the H2O make them look like I washed them with handsoap. Lol

Cruised on the Dream in Dec. and H2O products were in the bathroom.

We had H20 everyday except the last one. Then we received Elemis.

They are also using H2O products at the resorts on Disney property. Just got back from a visit to the Polynesian and was super excited to find H2O products in the rooms.

While the Elemis stuff seemed like quality, I didn't enjoy the smell, I prefer the H2O stuff. Also I feel like the H20 stuff was bigger and you got more.... ha just checked, you do get more with H20IMG_3041 (002).jpg

I too was happy to see that this past May at the Beach club! Even a new flavor I had never heard of, very nice smell! My only issue was the size, super small, I hope they don't go to this size on the ship.

I've never sailed concierge. When I've used the showers/locker room in the Spa areas, I think the dispensers for body wash and shampoo are Elemis. I can not stand the way they smell, they smell like BO to me. Are the bulk dispensers and the individual bottles of Elemis the same scent? If the whole ship changes to Elemis, I'll to bring my own product.

They actually seem to be going bigger at the deluxe resorts. Stayed at Boardwalk Villas in both February and October. February had the one smaller grapefruit/bergamot one that you posted, October had the 2 oz H2O Sea Marine series just like the cruise ships.

Agreed. Elemis is horrible.
