Um, is the pirate boat supposed to stop here? Trip Report!

Okay, before I update, I got some videos for you guys. I have never uploaded any videos on here before, so I put links for you guys to go look at them if you want! :goodvibes

The first two are short ones from when I was wandering around looking for a pacifier and the CARS. The first one is the CARS, and the second one is the army men walking around. I have never seen the army men before, and they were walking around entertaining people in the god awful toy story line. They were funny, but when he turned to walk towards me I freaked out and stopped the video. Haha.:)

The last one is the one of the canyon scene during the backlot tour. The camera moves around a little when the water comes down because I thought we would get splashed...but we didn't. Silly me. Enjoy!

CARS

Army Men...er..toys

Canyon! This petrified me when I was little!

I'll update more soon!

Whew. I am exhausted. I've been running around for a couple of days doing this and that. I started up at my mom's job again, and saw "Princess and the Frog" last night. It was so sweet, I really enjoyed it. And I will see it again! I can't get enough of anything princess. Or anything disney....haha.

Anyway, enough of that. I got about 30 mins to write an update before my mom and sister, and I meet up with my brother and his wife and son, for dinner. So heeeeeeeeeere"s an update!

Last time I left off we were getting off the Backlot tour. I stopped to take pictures of the costumes, which eventually got deleted because they were bad pictures, and everyone left me! I had to run after them, dodging crowds looking for them. I found them soon enough and they were shopping.

We decided to walk towards the CARS and see if Brody got excited about them,

He didn't.

We looked at them for awhile, to give him a chance to take a picture with them, but he never wanted to. Then we turned around and walked towards the muppet store. We saw that the wait wasn't long, so we decided to go see the show. I've never seen the show, I remember when it used to be outside though... Anyway, I grew up on the Muppets so I was excited.

Brody didn't like the glasses and show sorta scared him. I thought it was pretty cool. After that we decided to walk over to RNR to get a fast pass for it. On our way there, my brother saw the caddy and wanted to take a picture with it. He moved before I could get the picture.

IMG_1389.jpg

And then he made me take a picture of the rims.

IMG_1390.jpg

Brody was getting pretty upset so we decided to take him some place where he could have a lot of fun. We headed over to the "Honey I Shrunk The Kids" playset. Brody looooooves slides. We needed a potty break first, and we decided to take Brody while Jessica went to the bathroom.

Wait we took him to the playset while Jessica smoked.

Oh man. Going to Disney with smokers is hysterical. They were in awe of the fast we had to go to designated areas, which were difficult to find and then they would bond with whatever smokers were there. Funny stories ahead!

We had a lot of fun going on the slides and exploring with him. I've got some videos and I'll upload them soon.

I went on the spider web thing, by myself. Gosh that thing is difficult! I went on the film can slide with Brody and then took some pictures of him going down.

He had a lot of fun at the play area - oh dear it is time to leave! I'll upload the videos next!

Sorry so short!!

Well, well, well. Long time, no update.

Sorry bout that, got a lot going on around the house this time of year. Anyway on to the trip report.

I actually forgot to mention what happened to us while we were on the back lot tour. We were going around the back of the canyon when I looked to my right and what did I seeeee? Three characters from up riding in a golf cart! It was hysterical to just see them whiz on by. It was the old man, the little asian boy, and the dog. I don't know the names I haven't seen the movie. And no picture, they whized by so fast I wasn't able to get a shot.

Anyway, I promised some videos of my nephew playing around. Not really too exciting but if you like videos of little kids playing around and getting all hyped up, you might like them. :)

Oh and please don't judge on the pacifier issue. I am not his parent, I have no control over what they give him, and I don't have kids so I was not aware of their being an issue with a 2 1/2 year old have a pacifier.

Anyway....

Brody walking around

My favorite part is when he gets scared by the kids coming up the steps.

Brody on film can slide

He's pretty adorable when he's happy.

Brody AND Christian on the slide

The last one is probably my favorite video out of all the ones I took. haha

Anyway, when I last left off we were on our way to the Sci-Fi Drive in after a little mishap in direction. Before this trip I had never known anything about getting reservations at restaurants. I didn't know you had to do that, but I was introduced to an experience I will continue to enjoy! Before this it was usually just quck service stuff. I seriously, never knew most of these restaurants existed! lol

Anyway, my opinion on the Sci-Fi Drive In is this: the ambiance and set up was cool. But the food was lacking, I felt like I could have paid less for it at a counter, which is true. I got a burger and Christian got a chicken sandwich. I don't remember what Jessica got because she was sitting behind us. OH YEAH, that's the weirdest and coolest part of the place. You sit in cars facing a screen, not your dinning partners. You literally have to turn around to talk to who you're eating with. I saw some tables that were set up differently, but I thought this was kind of weird. And I noticed different parties sharing the same car...talk about awkward. Meeting new people is fun on vacation, but if you're not down with that then it is a little awkward.

Anyway, we finally decided to leave and Jessica wanted to watch the parade with Brody, I myself am not much of a parade person and neither is Christian (although I am beginning to turn into one), so we decided to head over to TOT.

MY favorite ride!!! I love it! My brother had never been on it, so I couldn't wait to hear his reaction. We walked over, saw the wait time was 40 mins, not too bad, and then my brother had to use the bathroom, so I waited. And waited, and waited.

This was a theme the whole trip. Something my brother ate was playing with him so he frequented the bathroom a bit. I waited so long for him that I decided I needed to go. So I did. When I went to the bathroom the wait time was 40 mins.

And as soon I got in there, my brother started calling me. I didn't pick up because that's sort of awkward. So I went outside and started calling him and I noticed the wait time was now 90 MINUTES! WTH.

I looked around and didn't see him, so I figured he was in the line and luckily he was. We were committed to riding this ride.

Honestly though, he wasn't in the bathroom an extremely long time, I mean longer than usual, but seriously.

Anyway, my brother made some friends with a guy in line who he couldn't understand and neither did I. It was really awkward. He kept trying to make conversation but we couldn't understand the man.

Eventually we got on the ride and my brother LOVED IT. I liked listening to his reaction. It was almost like riding the ride for the first time. And in the picture you could tell he was clapping his hands, hahahaha.

And in case you were wondering, we didn't have to wait 90 minutes. We were off the ride within an hour, so that's good!

Here's a pic of my favorite ride!

IMG_1404.jpg

By the way, I like to play with the settings on my camera a lot. This particular setting was the color accent one. I think it makes some pictures look cooler. :goodvibes

Anywho, that's about all I can update for now. Gotta go run an errand for my mom, then go to work myself, and I have Awana later this evening. Whooo hoooo!

Up next: How did Brody and Jessica like the parade? And are we ever going to use our fast passes for Toy Story???

Oh the holidays, they have a way of disrupting everything!

I last left off going on TOT with my brother. He enjoyed it immensely, and you can actually see him clapping in the picture. It was really funny.
While we went on the ride, Jessica and Brody stayed behind to watch the parade. I am personally not much of a parade watcher so I could have cared less. But Brody was really happy to have seen it! :o) When we found them he was enjoying what was left of a popsicle Jessica had bought him.

Oh! And while we were in line, I mentioned to my brother how everyone and their mom were wearing an LSU shirt or sweater. And I was wondering why and I was going to ask someone and he said they would tell me, “It’s because it’s a real school” Apparently UCF is not a real school to my brother haha. It became quite the joke during our trip. I am thinking about buying him a UCF shirt or jersey….

Anyway, I am really trying to figure out where we went from there, because I realized we had actually used our fast passes for TSM earlier in the day. My brother loved it! But he didn’t think it was worth the regular wait. He is really good at video games, but I thought I had the advantage since I had been on the ride before.

I was wrong. But he beat me only by 10,000 pts. :goodvibes

At this point I think it was like about four. And we either got FP for RNR before this time or right then. Either way, we ended up walking over towards the hat. Christian had to go to the bathroom so I hung out with the stroller while they all decided to go. I bought a bottle of water and waited, when they came back we went into a store and I saw film strips of Princess and the Frog on the ceiling, so I took a picture of that.

IMG_1405.jpg

We couldn’t decide what to do, and then we walked by GMR which did not have a wait at all. So we walked right onto that. I remembered that there were two different versions, so I asked my brother if he wanted to do the regular one or the gangster one. He of course decided the gangster one, because he thinks he is one. It was pretty entertaining; I had to sit by myself. I usually enjoy this ride; they hated it and thought it was waste of time.:confused3

And then we realized we missed the last stunt show and my brother was pretty upset. :guilty: I felt bad for him. I felt even worse because I had reminded him we missed it. I tried frantically to text my friend to see if she had another ticket that I could give to him so he could go see it the next day, but she didn’t.

After that, it was time for us to go on RNR. We were a little early, and so while they sat down, I asked the CM about rider swap, and he gave me one but he did a pretty poor job of explaining it. We figured it out eventually.

And then the meltdown of 2009 happened.

There was some confusion when we went to get on and Jessica thought she was going to have to stay behind and I could see that she was pretty upset about it. So I took Brody and told her to ride with my brother. If you can remember what I said in the beginning about Brody being super attached to his mom, then you can guess what happens next.

Brody started freaking out! I had to awkwardly carry him back to our sitting area while he was screaming and reaching dramatically for his parents who were walking in the opposite direction. Any time I tried to let him go he would scream and try to run from me.

Of course, everyone was staring at me, because when Brody screams, HE SCREAMS. And I felt so awkward because it wasn’t my child and I didn’t have that instant connection with him that made me want to calm him down because I thought he was hurting or I was embarrassed. I mean I was embarrassed but I knew he had to get used to me or we were going to have a tough week! He screamed, he cried. He flailed around in the dirt. Then when I tried to talk to him he kicked me or tried to hit me. I had enough of that so I grabbed the stroller and strapped him in. I faced him towards a wall but he kept trying to turn around, so I faced him to where his parents went off. I tried to give him a toy but he threw that. I sat on the floor next to him and every time he looked at me, he cried harder. I remembered how comforting it was to me when my mom stroked my hair when I was upset, so I started to do that gently to him. He didn’t like me touching him at first, but I was persistent and he started to calm down. He laid his head on the lap bar thing in front of him, taking slow shaky breaths, and eventually he fell asleep.

IMG_1408.jpg

Five minutes later, his parents showed up. They were shocked to see him asleep! I said I was too. Haha. Christian offered to go on the coaster with me, and Jessica went off to…shop I think.

So Christian and I went on, and waited…and waited…and waited. Hey, isn’t the fast pass line supposed to go fast? Well, we were stuck for whatever reason. Eventually we got in to the video room, and I tried to get my brother to laugh at the hand placement Steven Tyler does when he says, “Wait I have an idea!” But apparently only Sara and I find it funny. And there is a shirt too for this, but alas, I cannot find the website that makes them. :sad1:

After we got off the ride, we went looking for Jessica and Brody who said she was at Pizza Planet. Well, we walked in and allll around the restaurant looking for her and could not find her. Turns out she was in the store right next to it. We find her, and head back to Pizza Planet to eat, and guess what. It was closed, not even 2 minutes after we had walked in there! Gah!

So we decided to eat back at the hotel. On our way to the bus, we stopped to look at the pretty lights. They are so amazing, don’t you think???
Then we were walking by Star Tours and they decided they really wanted to go on it, but were weary of leaving Brody alone (He had woken up by the way). So I said just keep pushing the stroller and we’ll stay behind him. So we did that and at the right moment I took over pushing the stroller and they turned around to go on the ride. I pushed the stroller around and guess what? Brody never knew they had left until he saw them getting off the ride. They thought the ride was lame, and needed to be updated. This is probably true.

In any case, we started to head back to the hotel at this time. We arrived, got dinner and since it was so crowded in the dining area, we took the food to our room and decided to eat there. After that, it was time for bed; we were going to Animal Kingdom the next day!

End of day two!

Found your TR while cruising the boards right before work this morning. I can't read it all because I'm running late on time, but I love what I've read so far. I love your old pictures - very cool. thanks for including them. I hope you have a great trip. Sounds like you are off to a great start!

I gotta find more old pictures, I'm sure I have more from my mom and from my grandpa. They are really interesting to look at.

We had a great trip, and thanks for reading!

Long time, no update.

I am determined to finish this thing! Although, it might be less detailed since it's been over a month since our trip, but I will do my best to remember everything.

Today was Wednesday, and it was AK day! I went to AK the first time in Dec 2007, and I wasn't too impressed but I was willing to give it a try. And I'm glad I did, because I found some charm in it this time. :o)

It was drizzling a little, and we should have seen it as a sign of things to come. We watched the opening show and I got some pictures.

The the races were off! To, you guessed it, get fast passes for Everest. Jessica refused to go on it, and wanted to take Brody to Dinoland. The line looked like it was moving really fast, so my brother and I went in the standby line. The wait wasn't long at all. We got on really fast and my brother loved it! I love the initial climb to the top of Mt Everest. You feel like you are on top of the world!

We got off and went to find Jessica. It was raining a little harder now. We found Jessica and Brody buying churros so we sat and waited with them. They were talking about leaving and coming back if it got better, but I thought we should just stay. So if they were going to leave, I was going to stay. We overheard the rain was going to last all day anyway!

My brother and I decided to head back and use our fast passes for everest. I told Jessica she could go, but she was scared. We rode again and had a fabulous time! Until we walked into the gift shop and saw how bad it was raining. We waited for a while, and then I succumbed to buying a poncho. I didn't want to be wet ALLL day. I had to buy one for my brother as well (because Jessica had all his money).

We made a run to Dinoland to find her and she got some ponchos for Brody and herself as well. She and my brother wanted to go on Dinosaur so I offered to watch Brody because Dinosaur scares the crap out of me. Seriously. It had started to rain HEAVILY so I wandered over to the gift shop with Brody.

Brody and I waited in the store for them, and Brody didn't realize it was just me until minutes before they arrived so it was okay. My brother and Jessica came out and we decided to waltz around Dinoland. They wanted to go on PW so they did. Christian said it was cool, so we went on it again. My butt got wet from all the water sloshing around.

We left Dinoland and headed for the Safari! I knew they would love this! The wait was practically walk on, so we got a safari guide fairly quickly. I liked being able to say I had been on Safari before, so that was exciting. I was also very excited for the giraffes! I love giraffes! :yay:

But when we got out to the sahara, the only giraffe was hiding in the trees. Just where do the animals go? It wasn't even raining that hard at this point. They all loved it, and my brother remarked on how he had never seen a cheetah so close before. It was a really awesome experience for all.

IMG_1420.jpg

IMG_1422.jpg

IMG_1423.jpg

So cute!

IMG_1427.jpg

The ONE giraffe we saw. He's a cutie too!

IMG_1429.jpg

After the safari - OH WAIT! We ate lunch before the Safari! At Flametree! That was a mighty tasty lunch! I think that place alone makes me want to come back to AK haha.

Anyway, after the Safari we headed over to Conservation Center. That was pretty nifty. I love petting zoo's and I think I had more fun in there than Brody did.

Then we were pretty much done. It doesn't seem like we didn't do a lot, but it left a lot for us to do the next time we come back. We left early so that we all could go and clean up. I was eating dinner with Brody, and my Brother and Jessica were heading off to have Dinner at Ohanas and do some shopping.

I was left to baby sit, and I did a good job. He screamed when they left but I just ignore him until he calmed down. We ended up having a very good time together.

Oh and I learned to always bring an extra pair of shoes. I only brought my converse and a pair of flip flops. I can't wear flip flops in the park, so I had the only converse sneakers. They got SOAKED from being at AK. I needed them for MK so I had to go to the laundry room and spend too much money in the dryer. About 15-20 minutes in, I realized the sign above said no shoes in the dryer. At this exact moment a lady checked her clothes, and a shoe from the top dryer popped out and hit her in the head. She looked at me and said, "Is this yours?" I said no, and then high tailed it out of there before they could start judging me. They were really snooty moms anyway.

They were dry enough for the next day, so everything ended up being okay. :o)

Today is MK DAY!!! We were going to the most magical place on earth!

Oh and apparently it was Thanksgiving too. So Happy Thanksgiving!

Brody hadn't woken up yet, so I told Christian and Jessica to go so that they could make EMH and I would take Brody.

It was a lot of fun getting Brody up, dressing him, buying chocolate milk for him. Holding his hand as we walked to the buses. They had brought the stroller with them so I didn't struggle with it on the bus, but I did struggle with a kid, and two bags. Especially during secruity. I was so afraid he'd run away from me, but he didn't.

Brody and I casually walked down mainstreet, and he saw the castle for the first time. We walked over to tomorrowland to see his parents. They had gotten on carosuel of progress, so we waited for them right outside it. We had a nice moment with him resting on me, and me scratching his head. I think he's getting used to me. :goodvibes

Then they came out, Christian and I wanted space mountain, so we got in line and Jessica and Brody headed for Fantasyland. The wait was long, and I got fast passes for later. They changed the queue line, and added games. The line was WAAAY different from last time, but more efficient. The ships didn't change much though, still extremely difficult to get out of.

We walked over to Pooh's Thotful Spot, and I played with Brody. Then we went on the Tea Cups.

IMG_1436.jpg

IMG_1437.jpg

We walked over to toon town and saw Mickey and Minnie's house. Mickey is still under construction, when will he be done??? :rotfl:

IMG_1443.jpg

IMG_1444.jpg

IMG_1445.jpg

IMG_1446.jpg

Then we boarded the train and headed for lunch at Tonys. Now, I love the atmosphere of Tony's but the food wasn't too amazing. I had a meatball sub, and it was good, but I wasn't blown away, you know?

After that we went to adventureland and got on the carpets. That was fun! I tried to bounce ours, but it did not work.

Then we went on Pirates. And this my friends, is where my title comes from.

We stood in line for a while and Brody started falling asleep on my brothers shoulders.

IMG_1447.jpg

IMG_1448.jpg

IMG_1449.jpg

IMG_1451.jpg

The wait wasn't too bad, but my brother was dying to get on the boat, because Brody was starting to get really heavy. I looked around at all the people getting in the boat with us, and realized there were not many children.

We got in the boat and were off, and immediately I could tell something was wrong. I have been on the ride many times before, and this just felt weird. I looked up front and realized there was wayyyy too much weight in the front. They had over loaded this boat. I heard the boat clang against the track and then we got stuck right underneath Davy Jones.

We sat for a few seconds, and my brother asked if this always happened, and I said, no. We sat there and finally we saw someone come around the corner with a flashlight. Everyone was screaming and laughing, it was a pretty good time. What we basically had to do was rock the boat left to right, over and over until it moved. And it did.

And then we got stuck again right before the drop. CM's magically appeared from behind rocks and tried to get us to rock again. And I was thinking to myself, are you serious? We are obviously over capacity! Don't make us rock the boat only to go down the drop and get stuck in the middle of ship scene!

And then I got excited because I knew they were going to escort us off the ride through a magical exit! :yay: They had to tie the boat off, and let the rows leave one by one. And as soon as the first two rows got off, I could feel the boat start to move. I kind of felt embarrased for that family. It was luck of the draw for them.

Anyway we walked around the back of pirates, and recieved awesome fast passes on our way out.

IMG_1456.jpg

And yes, I do have video of all of this. Haha.

Stuck By Davy
"This is the best Thanksgiving ever!"
Stuck before the drop
Backstage at Pirates

It was a pretty amazing experience, I must say.

We went to tomorrowland so Jessica and Christian could use the fast passes I got.

They sneakily left Brody with me as I pushed him in the stroller. Brody turned to look around for them, and when he saw me, I was ready for a screaming match, but he just sighed and sat back down. I decided to take him on one of my favorite rides, TTA!

And guess what? He loved it!

IMG_1460.jpg

When Jessica and Brody heard he loved it, we went on it again!

He adored it some more, and then wandered by a toy cart and Brody rearranged the toys. Then we headed to Monster's Inc. Brody actually let me hold him for an extended period of time. I didn't know if my brother would like it, and I was hoping he would get chosen as "That Guy" but no luck. He loved it by the way, thought it was so funny. I had a good time too. My favorite joke was,

What do you call a door when it's open? A jar!

I think I butchered that. Haha, anyway....

After wards we wandered back to Fantasyland and got on Small world. I love Peter, but I knew I wouldn't get to fly with him, so i got a picture instead.

IMG_1463.jpg

I'm not a big fan of small world now, but I have fond memories from when I was a kid. Brody was mesmerized.

IMG_1466.jpg

IMG_1469.jpg

Then we had Dinner at Pinnochios and Brody stole my chicken nuggets and fries while I got condiments, so we shared our dinners.

Then we headed to Haunted mansion.

Saw the liberty belle, so I took a picture.

IMG_1460.jpg

I had to sit on a doom buggy by myself, which was awkward but fun. Brody was too stunned to be scared, so that was good.

Afterwards we went to BTMR to use our super fast passes. Jessica and Christian went on first, and I waited with Brody. Then Jessica and I went on. And I think something was wrong with our train, it just felt weird. :confused3

Anyway, we were off to take pictures in front of the castle, and I got ice cream in the freezing cold.

I took some cool pictures.

IMG_1479.jpg

IMG_1480.jpg

Then my brother realized he lost his KTTW! He retraced his steps as I ran to mainstreet to check for it there. They wouldn't even look because I wasn't my brother, but I called Christian and as I was on the phone with him he found it at BTMR! Whew!

I ran into Jessica and we stayed on mainstreet to watch the parade. We were right by the start of the parade.

The parade started a little later than usual, and we realized why soon enough. Some floats were missing, and one didn't even have the lights working. It was still entertaining, and I freaked out when I saw Peter.

Afterwards, we left the park and hightailed it to the resort. It was starting to get a little depressing because it was almost the end of our trip, but we were headed to my second favorite park the next day!

Subscribing, even though I can't see your pictures.
Our work blocks out Photobucket pics.
But I love your TR and all your details.
I can picture everything you mentoned, even Buzz and Woody at the hotel.
We loved ASMovies but now our favorite is Pop.
But we're adults, if you have kids I think ASMovies is the way to go.

Thanks for reading! I wasn't sure anybody still was, but I was determined to finish it for myself.

The AS resorts are the only ones I have ever stayed at, and I like them enough! I can't wait to try another someday soon though!

This is it.

Our last official day at Disney.

I'm pretty sad, but we are going to EPCOT and I love EPCOT! I went for the first time in October of '07, and my brother had never been.

I knew they needed to expereince SOARIN, so I race through the land and got fast passes. I saw my friend working at the COL, so I hugged her and said hello real quick. I got the fast passes and was ready to meet everyone else at the seas to go visit nemo.

But, there was a problem.

They had gotten on without me.

I'll admit, I was pretty upset. But I got over it.

We walked over to the land again and watched the COL video.

No comment on that....

I think we meandered through Innoventions and then had lunch at the Electric Umbrella. Same old Same old. Jessica had to go to the bathroom so she left Brody with us. He did not like that and Brody had a fit. He screamed and through himself on the floor. Parents with older children gave us a sympathetic look, and we just ignored his tantrum.

Eventually Jessica came back and we walked over to club cool. I got them to try beverly and guess what....CHRISTIAN LIKED IT!

What a weirdo.

Then my brother and I wanted to do mission space, too long. So we went to do Test track. The single rider line said 20 minutes, so we got in that. And then a lady came out and said it was more like 40 minutes and since the stand by line was 50, we got in that.

BIGGEST. MISTAKE. EVER.

I don't know what they were doing, but they were obviously neglecting the standby line. Because we waited...TWO HOURS!

I don't know why I didn't say let's get out. Everyone knows that ride is not worth waiting two hours. But my brother really wanted to do it. So we did, and he was disappointed. And I was too.

We headed to the world showcase to find Jessica who was upset we had been gone so long. I got a margarita. And then we walked around the showcase. My brother got a beer in Germany, and Brody was getting cranky so I suggested we look at the trains.

IMG_1517.jpg

30 minutes later we were still there. And any time we tried to leave Brody would pitch a fit. So I suggested they go and use their fast pass for soarin.

I watched Brody and when he wandered close to the stroller, I grabbed him and strapped him in. We fought, and he kicked me and yelled at me. But he gave up quickly. I think he was realizing he could get away with less with me. I let im watch the trains in his stoller and then we waltzed over to the Land.

I tried to get him a treat, but he wasn't having it. I found them by the livin with the land ride after parking the stroller. I awkwardly rode soarin by myself with my fast past while they rode the land.

We tried to get into the Garden Grill for dinner but no such luck. They decided they wanted to try Ohana again, so we walked to the front of the park to leave.

As we were leaving, I saw Spaceship earth (how can you miss it?) and really wanted to get on. It is one of my favorites! My brother thought about going on, but when I explained the concept, he didn't seem into it. So they went ahead and I rode.

I love Spaceship earth!

It was freeeeeeezing when I was leaving, so I was thankful to see a bus waiting. I had a seat and was off to ASM.

That was the end of the park day for us. I think we need to experience it again, it was a little hectic and I don't think my brother liked it as much as I think he could have.

We waited around the room for a while and then headed for the Poly. My brother raved and raved about this place. I was like, yea whatever. All our other TS meals have been disappointing so who cares.

But.

Oh my gawsh.

That place is awesome!!! The food was amazing! The pork dumpling things were...omgosh to die for! And you hardly needed those deliscious sauces for the meat! Our server was amazing! He kept the refills coming, and was quite humorous. That dessert was delicioussss!!! And we could watch wishes!!!

It was a magical end to a wonderful trip!!!

The most depressing day of any vacation. The day you leave.

We struggled to clean up the room and pack everything in the car. Then we were off.

Overall, it was a great trip! We had so much fun in the parks, and I learned about ADRs. I also learned some lessons:

-Bring more money, haha
-Bring an extra pair of shoes
-Bring ponchos
-Take pictures of food for the DIS
-Take more pictures in general

I had a lot of fun and can't wait to use what I've learned from the DIS and from this trip.

And guess what? I am going back!!!

I am going back for my birthday in March. That's half the reason I wanted to finish this one, so that I could start on my PTR!!

I hope you enjoyed my trip report, and thanks for reading!
