Truthfully it's much easier to just download direct to your iPad/iPhone via the links.
If you need to use iTunes then plug in your device, navigate to the apps tab on your device within iTunes, scroll down and click the numbers app and use that interface to transfer the file there. Then you will need to load the file from within the app itself.
Or you could email the file to yourself and open the attachment on your iPad.

Thank you SOO much! I'm getting an iPad in February. Although I'm not going back to WDW until 06/2013, but I'm already planning! I have OCD, and it's one of the ways I handle my anxiety and obsessions - making lists and planning everything to a T! I'm the biggest fan of Excel but this will be fantastic for when I get my iPad. Now let's hope I can work it!!
I have an iPad 2, would have to purchase numbers apps. Is it worth it? What else can I use the numbers app for? I do have mouse memos and 6 other disney apps, is this one really needed seeing as I have the other ones?
Would love to hear from folks using it? We the thread alive
