Hello, I schedule the "Ultimate Day of Thrills" tour on 11/11. On this tour they take you from park to park and hit :
I have a few questions: What do they do if a ride is closed for refurbishment (Dinosaur and BTM)?
Also, This mean all of the "big" rides not in Epcot are taking care of. Any suggestions for the rest of my FP+. My 60 day window is Saturday.

Thanks

I did this tour in April and all the rides were open so I do not know what they do if any thing with rides closed ( POTCB did not open when we got there we did splash first and then when back to this one)

at the end of the tour they gave you a chose to stay at AK go to MK or TTC the tour ended about 3:30 ( I think) and you could go to EPCOT and have a FP for 3 rides for starting at 4:30 ( a ride you do not mind missing ) then a top their (FEA, TT soaring,) I would do FEA if you can do single rider line for TT and with the 3 theater at soaring it dose mover a little quicker

I hope this helps

Word of warning. We did this trip last October and it was amazing. Just checked in to do it today and I'm pretty disappointed. They have changed Animal Kingdom portion to Epcot and instead of the two rides there you just get Soarin (yep no test track). Plus the delicious lunch at the Brown Derby we get Sunshine Seasons food court. Now as food courts go that one is pretty good but website says table service restaurant and that's not what we are getting. I'm going to go with it and hope it's as fun as last year but I'm sad to be missing the awesome lunch.

Wow. You are blowing my mind. I will
Be so upset if they change it considering I just made my FP schedule around the advertised list. While the lunch I could live with, the park switch I cannot. I'm going to get on the phone and see what they say. I wonder if ride closures have anything to do with the switch. Dinosaur will be closed.

I was thinking that the dinosaur closing had something to do with it ( and BTMRR is closed too) I was hoping they would add two rides to the list at EPCOT like soaring TT and frozen if they did this I could see why they would at QS ( and I would be looking at doing this for my trip in 14 days too if it is just soaring then no)

Did you get answers for this? I am planning on doing tour (not until May, but still...). Just wonder if it's going to stay EPCOT or go back to Animal Kingdom. I read a review where someone did this and they DID do Test Track as well...

Not yet, I will update after the trip or as it gets closer. I did called and they just spit back what was on the website.

I am also interested in this update. I have booked it for December, and originally planned to stay in AK based on the schedule. Now, I look online and it looks like the tour ends in Hollywood Studios. I was also looking forward to DB, and will be pretty disappointed with "Seasons."

I received a call from Disney yesterday. They wanted to let me know that there has been a change to the tour itinerary since I booked. As MNRMommy stated earlier, lunch is now at Seasons at Epcot, and we only get to do Soarin at Epcot. There is no more Animal Kingdom, and we end at Hollywood Studios. I've had to change around all of our plans now. :(

UPDATE: I spoke with Disney and they took care of me. While the lunch downgrade to me is huge, it is not a deal breaker. To me, I am paying the $300/$1500 so that my family can experience as much as possible is the 3/5 days I have in the park. It allows me to maximize my time at WDW. My problem was 1) dinosaur still being down and 2) the addition of Soarin. I already schedule a FP for Soarin, which mean I did not have one for FEA or TT. They game me 2 anytime FP to be used on any ride (except FEA). They are dated. One is on the day of the tour and the other is the day after. I was able to switch my Soarin' FP to Test Track for the Same Time. So because of the tour, I will be able to hit every major ride at least once, most twice on my trip and still experience many of the 'minor' rides that WDW has to offer. This satisfied my feeling of being ripped off.

Disclaimer: This trip is for my Best friends family (I planned it all and will present it to them a week before they go). I am going in December!!!!!!!
