UK User or anyone in a PST time zone?

Does anyone know at exactly what hour VMK closes for UK residents? I can't work out the time difference, I think we're either 7 or 8 hours in front??
I emailed VMK with this question but they sent me back an automated reply and ignored the question

Oh well. I never had a closing before, it's too late and too early.

I searched online and it looks like the time difference between VMK time (US Pacific time zone) and UK time (for example, London) is 8 hours.

For example - right now it is 3:30 PM VMK time (15:30).
In the UK, it is 11:30 PM (23:30).

So at closing time tomorrow night, which is 10:00 PM VMK time, it will be 6:00 AM UK time.

seriously, that is so early in the morning. Vmk should stay open the whole day, haha.
