UK package for US guests?

Has anyone ever tried this or heard about this idea? If you live in the US can you buy a UK package and how did you do it?

I live in the UK and purchase US Packages...maybe it would be the same for US people?

I think you have to live in UK (with UK address) to get the UK packages. These packages are very discounted and are available about a year in advance. I don't think they are available to the US residence.
