UK-package and ticket upgrades

I know the 14/21 day ultimate tickets are only valid in the year they were bought.

But, if you buy a (UK) package with a 5 or 7 day premium ticket, (to get free dining), but don't need the ticket, can these be saved for later (as in years later)?

Can these be upgraded to MYW 10 day PH+WP No Exp?
Would you still need to use it first before upgrading?

Anyone know?

As far as I know you can't change them to MYW tickets. The only option I know of is to upgrade to Annual passes.
