No, I was able to book for March of this year and got a great discount at ASSp. There is probably a limit as to the resorts available at the deep discount. POFQ is pretty small. It's possible that they have no more discounted rooms for your dates at Expedia.uk.

It seems to be spring and fall.
I also looked at August and found nearly every hotel was higher than through Disney or near the same.

I think if we check again after Disney releases a deal for those dates there may be something.

Pick a different hotel. POFQ was more expensive than the Beach Club for our June dates. They only had royal rooms at POFQ. AKL is a good choice if you can find a standard room.

I was going to say this too, for some reason both POR and POFQ were more than AKL and some of the other deluxes when I checked the UK site for May and October. We ended up with a fantastic deal on Yachtclub.

So if I am checking and I search for Disney World so it just shows all hotels, am I doing something wrong?

I searched again and it's still giving me rates that are higher than rack rate for the second half of August. I priced out 2 adults/2 kids and 2 adults/3 kids just to see if it was a 5th person issue.

Search for Walt Disney World Resort. Click on additional options and type "Disney's" in the box for hotel name. Only Disney onsite resorts will have that in their title. Keep the number of guests as 2 adults with no children.

I'm seeing POFQ std. view for £778 for the last week of August. CSR is £448 for the same time period.

ETA: I noticed this when I checked for WL bunk-bed rooms for my brother for June. The expedia.uk website shows that 1 adult and 2 children would exceed the room capacity. I don't know why. Even putting in 1 adult and 1 child produced that warning. But if I put in 2 adults, it was okay.

I just booked March 4-9 for $1,385.13. Much less than Disneys $2,387.27 price

We are getting the same thing then.
For 6 nights at CSR, $122/night. 6 nights at POFQ $211/night. On Disney's site CSR is $181, POFQ $176 with no discounts. So you pay over rack rate for one of them, CSR is about $5 less than the usual discount Disney will give for those dates, which is cool to grab I didn't see that before. That final week of August has the values at about what Disney is going to discount them for, so that third week of August is higher through Expedia.uk than it is through Disney. End of August just doesn't have great deals like other dates though. If you want a good deal for the end of August on a deluxe, check the resorts boards and look for posts about travel agents. I am booked at the POLY for about 60% of the expedia.uk price for that last week, and aprox 50% of the expedia rate the previous week.
