UK Cruiser - will we still be able to see European Sport?

Hi

We are sailing on our second disney cruise on May 13th Eastern and my husband's favourite soccer team - Arsenal has just made it through to the European Championship. Will we be able to see this on the ship? (it's on the Wednesday when we are docked at St Thomas). I sincerely hope so or I'm sure going to have one very disappointed husband.

The stateroom TVs wouldn't have it on. Diversions has TVs with sports, but I believe it was the ESPN channels, which don't have much football on. Though they might have some of the pay-per view sports channels, you would have to ask. The only decent channel for "soccer" here (in USA) is FSL (fox soccer channel) You might be able to find a bar in St Thomas' with it on, but I'm not sure.

My brother in law has finally after many years got to the top of Arsenal's season ticket list, but he's not sure if he can afford them. I think he is a bit gutted.

Have your husband check at Diversions shortly after boarding to see if they might show it on St Thomas day. I believe they get some sport stations there which are not available on the stateroom televisions.

Sadly though, I do not think it will be available

Hi Disneytoole

Welcome to the Dis, when we were staying at the All Stars last year we watched the Liverpool European game on ESPN in our room, so I would imagine the Arsenal game would be on that channel too
