UK cast members benefits

Just wondering what UK cast members benefits are if they go to WDW? I have a friend who is going to orlando and he is a cast member from the head office in London and holds a silver pass. I'm hoping to meet him over there. I know they get free entry to the parks and certain amount off food and merchandise. Anything else? Do the get free parking? Anyone here who's a cast member and has been over there and used their Silver pass?

Ive a friend whos a cm , its only people quite high up on salary who get a silver pass, nornal cm just get less oerks, like a couple of one daypasses once a year etc.
My friend has given us 4 1 day tickets but as were there longer we rearly need a longer ticket so probably wont use them, shame u cant upgrade them, i dont think he knows too much how it works, shame he cant just buy discounted tix !
