UK Call Centre - now in the US?

Hey All,

Has anyone called the Call Centre (08705 03 03 03) and get thru to the UK staff.

Each time, I've been 'transferred' to the US - complete with a recorded request to complete a survey by calling a 1-800 number

Is it just me? - tried calling using my Mobile, SkyPE and my regular BT Landline.

You could try reservations in France direct on 00 33 160306031.

Never had a problem doing so.

Just an hour ago finished an phone call with the German number. At this moment I’m in Germany.
There was a little problem with my booking that I made. So I dialled the German number and asked if it was possible to put me on the Dutch line.

Surprise, surprise the CM changed his language immediately into Dutch and is was a Dutch member I know from a Disney forum. What a nice surprise

The look at the incoming land numbers and answer in that language.

BTW he solved my problem in a jiffy

When we booked in November last year with shareholder discount we got a great American CM

When I booked buffalo bill's before our trip last month it was an American lady who dealt with the call. She was very helpful.

I'm guessing it maybe busier over the 15th year period and they are diverting calls so they are answered in the most appropriate language.

I have found that it varies, sometimes you get through to the US, complete with survey, and the next time you ring you get through to France, sans survey. This is what happened last night. If you want one or the other just hang up when you hear the American accent/British accent, and phone straight back.
