Hi girls,

I just wondered how long your photos and video took to come back from each of these vendors?

With Randy we've got about 5 hours booked I think.

DPS are just doing an MK and Epcot bridal shoot for us, I have a feeling in the back of my mind that our planner said that they'd get the photos and CD to us before we left (we're there for 2 weeks and the wedding is on day 4), but perhaps that's wishful thinking!

STVS we only have for about 2 hours I think. I know the sneak peak normally comes up within 24 hours or so, but how long for the full video?

Just trying to figure out what, if anything, we will have available to use at our at home reception, which is 3 weeks and 3 days after our wedding. I guess the postage times might prevent a lot of it!!

I just had the DVD only package with Randy, we got married on Monday and met Randy to get our DVD on the Friday with about a million beautiful pictures!

Wow that was speedy!!
Did you have any of the special effects style of photos at all, or did they all just come as they were taken on the day?
We went for the most basic package I think, so perhaps ours will take longer if there are prints to do, and I wanted some special effect ones too. I honestly forget what the package includes now!!

Most of the pics are edited ones, I have about 800 black and white ones, about 1500 colour ones and around 40 photoshopped ones. They are all really really nice, I have them doted about my house. I put some in my pj if you wanna take a look, there is a link in my sig.

I had Randy as my photographer at my VR on April 8. We met up with him on April 20 to pay him and to collect our pics. We got 5 cds, which contained about 3000 pics including b&w and photoshopped pics. We also got an album full of prints and an additional box with prints which didn't fit in the album. We had to buy a backpack in Walmart so we could take it on the plane home as hand baggage!

On the VR day he arrived at BCV at about 1pm, took pics before, during and after the ceremony until 5.30pm. He came back at 9pm, we met him at the GF marina and he came with us on our Wishes cruise on the Grand 1. He left at 11pm when the cruise was over.

For overseas brides, I think he prefers to deliver the cds/album/prints personally before you go home. I think the shipping costs would be horrendous otherwise lol! Plus, there's the question of customs charges.....
