I need to pay my deposit in a few weeks, and i thought id read somewhere that you cannot pay the deposit by credit card. Just wondered how you all paid??

FYI I actually live in Canada. But i paid by mailing out US$ cheque.

I was able to pay with cc but I had to fax over a copy of both sides of the card.

I paid with CC by fax. Just make sure you explain to them about the expiry date though.
if it reads 07/08 on the card for example, it is JULY 2008, and not AUGUST 2007.
My card was declined a few times because of the way we do our dates compared to the US way. Otherwise this is the best way to pay.

I paid by dollar cheque, (we used thomson travel online and I think it was around £14) they wouldn't accept a CC. You can also pay by bank transfer and disney will refund you the costs.

I wasn't able to pay by credit card for the deposit that had to be a wire transfer.

But for the rest of the balance I just filled out an authorization form with my credit card details and faxed it over - we were lucky because we did this way in advance of the wedding when we saw that the rate was high so we managed to get even more for our money
