UH-OH...DH waffling on split stay decision....

We currently have a few nights at WL (121 WOODSVIEW) and 7 nights at the Dolphin 149 Lakeview, last 3 nights change to 169 (Xmas) DH is wondering if we should just stay at WL for entire stay to save a few $$$$, or go 5/5....I reserved the lodge in case funds became too tight, but we REALLY love the Dolphin and that location at Xmas is HUGE IMHO....we passed on the P/C rate of $49 based on the transportation/time is $/valuable theory. The overall diffrence is about $300....I say stay with orig plan, or 5/5 split at the most...I love Epcot and being able to walk there is the best! We have visited WL but never stayed there, and I am leery as to how crowded it is going to be...knowing the great rates and unavailability for them tells me the resort will be pretty darn full, and then so will the boats/buses!
I need reinforcements to back me up!

Original Plan!!! Walk to Epcot, walk to MGM (if you want and/or can).
But the best part is..... and people sometimes forget this.... walk home FROM Epcot, walk home from MGM. It's a no-brainer!!
