I tend to agree with what someone said about them expecting a lot for the amount they paid, but having something go wrong on your wedding day is never nice, regardless of what it is...

I wonder too, how much in advance they know he was to come and help them? Very interesting. How can anyone plan a $25000 wedding in 6 days???? Give me a break...

Hmm. I don't know. It sounds like there is more to the story. He was sued a while back by a couple who were having a $300,000 destination wedding in Singapore. I feel like when you have a couple spending that kind of money on a wedding there are usually some strong personalities to deal with. They ended up settling and more of the story came out where the bride's parents told David that there was no more money so he should not come to Singapore because they were not paying for his trip. There is always more to the story. I don't think David would willingly put his good name on the line for nothing, the guy makes a small fortune in the wedding industry.
