Ughhh...morning thunderstorms can kiss....

So this monster of a thunderstorm woke me up this morning around 8:15. It was such a bad storm. I grabbed my stuffed animal and ran downstairs. But as I ran downstairs, I noticed the rain was blowing in the window over my steps. So I reached up to close it, and as I was pulling it closed, a HUGE BOLT OF LIGHTNING flashed right by my house..it was so close the flash didn't even end and the thunder started. I screamed bloody murder and started sobbing and ran downstairs and huddled in the corner. lol I stayed there until it was completely over

Thunderstorms can totally kiss my butt. Today was the first day in a long time that I could sleep in and a thunderstorm ruined it for me. Grrrr...and we're supposed to get them all day, so when I try and take my afternoon nap cuz I'm so tired from waking up early (and going to bed around 1am last night) a thunderstorm will wake me from that too...

Came here too. Got me around 5:30 am and ended around 7am. Perfecttttt, considering I went to sleep late last night.
Even with my window closed, the thunder would roll on for at least 2 minutes and it sounded like it was right over my house. My house started shaking, it was insane.

Normally I am absolutely bonkers and in hysterics when it storms. Today it was kind of calming even though it was very loud. I just laid in bed all throughout it, lol.

Ok, can I say I'm just a little jealous? I absolutely LOVE tunderstorms!
But I have my little rant too....today I work at 8am and its cloudy out, which was nice because the sun doesnt glare into my window at 530am! But of course today is a work day and I can't sleep past 630am. Yikes.

We keep getting thunderstorms around 2pm to 10/11 pm.
It's so annoying!
That's why I woke up so early so I could head to the pool an hour earlier to work on my tan.

Aww Nana!! I'm sorry! I like thunderstorms so I would gladly take them away from you! haha It hasn't rained down here in FOREVER so I would gladly take thunderstorms

Same here. It was kind of funny, because I was in math class. My teacher screams *note that English is his 4th language* "THIS REMINDS ME OF COLLEGE!" Because it got so dark.

We got a thunderstorm last night! It was around 11-12ish.
I was still up (on my computer lol) and I was watching it from my window!
CRAZZZY Lightening! Some looked pretty close and some really loud thunder!
I love thunderstorms though! Especially at night! The sky lit up and it looks amazing!

It was here at like 1:30 in the morning. It was horrible, I woke up from it and started to cry becuase I was so scared.
And you're right, I forgot about how dark it got this morning! I was in my first period class by then and it was just so weird watching the sky get darker instead of lighter. I was like waiting for a monsoon or tornado or something to pass by the windows. haha

I LOVE thunderstorms. I wish we had them more often.

I actually have a CD of Thunderstorms because I find them calming.

I was also woken up by a thunderstorm and car alarms going off early early this morning.
I didn't get to sleep until 3am...was woken up around 6am and had to get up at 8ish for my driving lesson.
Yikes. I had to take a nap today

Usually I love thunderstorms but not when I'm running on that little bit of sleep!

we just had some move through northern Maryland about 2 hours ago. a tree fell right in the middle of my court missing my friends house by a few inches. but i do LOVE storms!

Yeah, it only hailed for like 5 mins, and it was small.
But I hate storms. They freak me out so much! lol I'm such a baby when it comes to tstorms. The first bad one of the season was when i was still up at school. I had my face buried in my bf's shoulder the entire time! lol

I love rain.
Thunderstorms are cool as long as I don't lose power.
And like Shelby said, I was already up then. I was actually already at school, waiting to write my modern history exam.
