again i tried the code w my last name and says wrong shipping address....called and they have the right zip and they try to help but III

So are you saying you have a pin in your name with an inaccurate address? That shouldn't be a problem. We got the FQSD Remy mailer at my Mom's address (I still haven't figured out how that happened) but with our name and we were able to use it no problem.

I have the same problem as the OP. I want to take my time and view my options online - not be under pressure on the phone. All my details are correct with them and on my profile they appear to be correct too - but I also get the wrong shipping address message. Grrrr! Just got another pin, but again, can't check it out.

yes....exactly,,, i have no idea where i'd stay, what dates alll depends on what i see,,, they are quite pushy and after about 2 room quotes they want to be done...i dont blame them but they cannot frigure it out,,ughhh
