Ughh. DH's Northface doesn't fit.

I was so proud of my great deal. I got DH a Denali fleece for $115(reg $165) I got him a large and it's too tight. they must run small because he's not a big guy. Anyway, I looked up the return policy and it's 30 days and of course the 30 days have passed, lol. I'm going to call the website on Monday and see if they'll make an exception.

I think a return means for a refund. Usually they'll do an exchange for awhile.

I would think knowing its christmas they might be a little lenient about it.

just ask if they will do an exchange. if not go to EBAY and try to re-coup the cost.

DH got me a Denali jacket, gloves and a shirt from North Face all in the wrong size! He's got them all ready to mail back Monday for store credit then I'm going to pick out exactly what I want. You still should be able to do an even exchange.

We have those and they seem to run true to size. Maybe yours is mis-sized.

This was going to be my comment also. Dh has several coats by them and if anything the larges seem big on him - he is 6"1' and is around 170. He typically won't wear them skiing due to their being bigger and bulkier.

Really?? It must be wrong then because DH is 5'10" and 175. It should fit him. I'm going to call the website tomorrow. I don't want to get an XL and have it be swimming on him. Maybe I'll try to get my money back and have him try one on in the store.
