Ugh! What's going on with the ADR system?

Lots and lots of issues trying to book on desktop. Mobile has been better but there is really just nothing for the restaurants I’d like to book. Honestly don’t understand. Personally I think they’re holding back reservations because yesterday several openings for our week popped up for Oga’s and Be Our Guest to name a few. At this point, I’m questioning why I bother getting up at the crack of dawn if this is how it’s going to go down (can you tell I’m annoyed :rotfl2:)

You sound like me yesterday!!! I was awake early anyway but still, why stress myself out that early for nothing! I figure more will open up for sure but I just get paranoid that I'll miss that perfect time id I'm not regularly (obsessively) checking!
 
I am hit and miss on mobile and desktop! But I agree SH71 was much easier this morning than my ADR fiasco yesterday! I didn't even try to book SH71 until 8 or 9 and was able to find several ADRs!

I hope S220 is as easy 😆

I also agree. I had no problem with SH71 this morning and I had so many issues 60 days out. I feel like there are a lot more people interested in space 220 though so we will really test the system come Monday!

I am sure the demand will be much higher on Monday - good luck and let us know how it goes for you! I'm hoping for a S220 ADR on November 13th or 14th 🤞🤞🤞
 
Does time of day seem to matter? Like, if I try to do it at 2 am eastern on Day 59 does it work better than 6 am eastern on Day 60?
 

I don't think the system will let you start making reservations until 6:00 a.m. on your 60 day mark! At least that's what I read and how it worked for me.
 
Today was better, I got S71 with no issues and went back to bed less than 3 minutes after waking up. That said, I'm having problems with blog and shopDisney today....*sigh*, one step forward; two steps back.

This am has by far been the most difficult experience I’ve had booking ADR’s. I keep getting the circle of death. I’ve attempted all the tricks and tips without success, so frustrating!

I'm sorry...I feel your pain! It is insane how challenging it is to do something that seems like it should be simple! I got so frustrated that even with all the Disney craziness the last month (e.g. no Fall discounts, Genie +) my issues with ADRs was the closest I came to just cancelling my trip! I calmed down and didn't, but it was that annoying that I couldn't book a single ADR (and even lost 4 openings I really wanted at one restaurant that I still haven't been able to book) because of system glitches on two different devices (trying 3 different browsers) and the app!
 
Yeah when you are 2 months away and the app shows like 4 restaurants available for all locations is madness. Ok hold for an hour before I hung up. Breakfast and dinner will be non-park I guess with quick service for lunch.
 
Currently, on 2 hr hold and that’s using TA Priority Line. I’m trying my very best to think happy thoughts. Lol. I do feel everyone experiencing issues with the booking system need to verbalize, with respect, your disappointment via email. It’s unacceptable and Disney really needs to do better!!!

That just adds to the frustration...not only can't you simply make an ADR on the app or online, but you call and have to wait HOURS!!!!! 😡😡😡
 
Today opened up 60 days for the last part of my split stay and since when did Yak & Yeti and Kona Cafe become so hard to get?

Of course finding no availabilty was after switching between two browsers to not get errors!
 
I now have zero ADRs...since there weren't any Fall discounts released I modified my trip from 7 nights, 6-day park tickets, and a special event ticket down to a 5 night stay, 4-day park tickets and a special event ticket. I then changed my park reservations around and now I can't find anything. And I don't think my ADR wishlist are all typically hard to get. But I guess with so many restaurants still closed and limited seating still (???) more restaurants are hard to get?

I really want to make this trip in November but may cancel and rebook for January and see what opens up (and if a winter discount geta released).
 
I kept getting errors but then I actually got two different availabilities to pop up but when I clicked on the times I got the wheel of death icon and then the ADR would just disappear! Frustrating that I actually got times to show up and then couldn't book anything.

Sorry you didn't have any luck either! Maybe Disney will release more availability over the next month or two as opposed to just opening it all up this morning??? Just trying to be hopeful...
 
I went on my work laptop which has Chrome and was able to make them. Got a few errors for things when going through the process of booking but tried again and worked. I was able to get everything including Space220.
