is any other new member having major problems with the dvc member website? i have both my club id number and password. it lets me get in to that. then i put in my name and password, and then again it asks me for club id and password. plus address, phone number, etc. when i hit submit, it keeps bringing me back to the same page and then says club id is not correct. i logged off a couple of times, then went back to the site and put in the number and password again, it always brings me back to the same info page and then again says it's not valid. i am sooo confused and getting so frustrated. anyone have any suggestions?? thanks!

That happened to me a few months ago. I finally called MS and somehow they fixed the problem.

Sounds to me like you are trying to sign in on the register side of the page. When you first register with the ID and password given to you by DVC, you do that on the left side of the page. When you return, you use the ID and password YOU created and sign in on the right hand side of the page. You can only use the DVC assigned ID and password once for registering.

thanks everyone, i finally got in! so many issues with my internet connection and also i had another name on there before i was a member. ugh! but it's all worked out now. thanks again for all your help. gearing up for the blizzard here in NJ. expecting a foot of the fun white stuff!!! wish i was in disney....
