UGH! Trip cancelled - have I lost all my money?

It is better to show a unified front to your children, especially at a time like this (and we wonder why so many of our kids need therapy...). I would do what others have suggested: add up your losses, find out the last possible date to cancel, and then talk to your husband. If WDW isn't in the cards right now, do something else closer to home and talk to your husband about when you all will feel comfortable doing the big trip. I don't think it is fair to you, your husband, or your children to leave daddy at home worrying about all of you. Going to WDW should be fun for EVERYONE in your family - after all, it's a FAMILY VACATION:D

Best of luck,
Amy

I agree with Mac. Its not worth it if its going to cause division among you. Keeping your marriage and family close is more important. I know its disappointing not to be able to go, I love Disney to. I would talk to your husband and ask what future dates do you think you guys could go and try to replan or find something really fun to do nearby. Its a shakey time for everyone but try to stick together.

I am going the first week of December without my husband and he is ok with that
no division of my family here :) Good luck whatever you decide
