Ugh, this ADR stuff is for the birds. I swear. Blah.

These boards have also made me 2nd guess my ADRs. But.. I made my choices after listening to the good, bad, and ugly about each resturant. I am hoping that we will only get the "good" our of each resturant but everyone has a bad day - even those that work at Disney. Plus I realize that a bad day at Disney is better than an average day at home!!

Our ADRs after much thought are:

Tusker House Breakfast (1st time)
Boma Breakfast (1st time)
Coral Reef Lunch (1st time for lunch, had dinner here years ago)
Garden Grill Dinner
Ohana Breakfast
Pizza Planet Luch - no ADR needed but a must do for dd
50s PTC Dinner (dd loves to get mommy in trouble :lmao: )
LTT lunch - (1st time for lunch)
PLaza for Dinne (1st time)
PSB - breakfast
Le Cellier Dinner (1st time)
CP breakfast
WCC Dinner
CRT lunch
1900 PF dinner (1st time)
CM breakfast

These are what work best for our family. Will they all be great - I hope so but if not my trip will not be ruined. After all thats what Mickey Bars are for!!

Thanks for the pep talk everyone! I'm just losing my mind with this trip. We have a party of 8 total so it's hard to pick for everyone. I'm known for awesome trip planning in my family so guess who gets to plan this one. Yep, yours truly.

We've done LeCellier & 50s PT before and those two places were re-requested for this trip. Everything else is new to us.

Good tip on setting up some extra ADRs. I think I'll do that, just to be safe.

that's my family too - leCellier and 50's are the only 2 requests. Oh, and CP for breakfast. My dad thinks this breakfast buffet is the tigger's stripes. (that's like the cat's pajamas, only disney-ified)

You"ll find good and bad reviews for every restuarant on the Disney property on these boards.

Go with what sounds good. At the buffets (like Boma) try something you would never get. How many times in life will you get a chance to sample some of the things on those pods? Try it, it's food, if you don't like it go back for more.

Enjoy.

It's all good. Short of climbing into someone's mouth and tasting with their taste buds (there's a mental image for ya!), reviews are totally subjective. Unless you're best friends with someone, and they know your tastes perfectly, don't let a bunch of strangers dictate your meal plans!

Having said that ... you're gonna like 'Ohana. ;)

I agree with what others have said. Look at the menus and decide if you and your family will like the food that restaurant offers. Personally I thought your choices looked great. Also I would ckeck out the food porn thread to see some pictures of the actual food.

I wouldn't let one or two bad reviews scare me off from any restaurant, but I do loof for trends, if a place is consistently gettin bad reviews then I might cross them off my list.
