Not sure where to even put this thread. But I'm trying to pay off my trip this morning and it keeps saying my card couldn't be processed. :/ All the info is correct. I have enough money in the bank. What gives??

I ran into that problem buying tickets last week. My first attempt was blocked by my credit card company because it was outside my normal spending patterns (shame on me for not calling them to give them a heads up). But then after I talked to the credit card company and they cleared everything, Disney still rejected the card. I tried a different card and it went right through. Just my experience, YMMV

Check with your card company, they may be denying it as fraud. I had this problem a while ago when trying to buy tickets through the Disney Website. Some banks list the Disney Website as 'Entertainment, Games, Fortune Tellers' instead of 'Travel'. It took me DAYS to clear it up.. because after the bank rejected it, the Disney Website marked my card as fraudulent. I had to call both the bank and Disney to get it cleared.

Give your bank a call. This happened to me when I was paying for our trip to Aulani a couple of months ago and it tripped my fraud protection.

Thanks, I called and they said there's a spending limit that they have to get temporarily raised for me. I guess I've just never thought about it because I've never spent so much money before lol.

So I guess after this gets sorted I'll call Disney just to be sure.
