I linked my daughter's park ticket on MDE, associated her name with it...yet, when I try to do FPs for all of us, she is the only one that says she needs valid park admission. Her ticket doesn't show linked under 'My Reservations', yet when I try to link it AGAIN, it says it's already linked. Is there a delay from the time you enter the ticket# to the time the system registers it? Thanks.
 
Did you buy from Undercover Tourist? I don't know the answer to your question but am interested in the replies because I will be attempting this soon. I can't believe how bad the tech issues are. Good luck!
 
No, I bought it from Maple Leaf Tickets. When I try to do FPs, my sister-in-law was showing as not eligible for FP. So I cancelled and tried again. THIS time, she WAS eligible, but others in our party were not. I'm beginning to hate this system. HAHA.
 
Ugh. It took me an hour last night just to update the profile for my family members and link to a friend. It is ridiculous how bad it is. And I have been trying to search for dining options ribs morning and I keep getting error messages.
 

Ok, so I had to have tech support fix the ticket issue. I was then able to copy our fast pass selections to my daughter. A few times, I had to log out and back in, because it was showing that the max number of fast passes was reached for her. Sigh. So many glitches. I hope they get this straightened out before our NEXT trip (after December). Takes too long to get everything taken care of.

I was getting that message too and figured a way around it. Just log out of MDE and search for your reservations (without being logged in). When you find what you want, click it and it will ask you to log in. Its a pain but worked for all the reservations I had to do
 
MDE is a mess. Once they get it working, it may be okay but right now it's a real burden to have to work with.
 
I had trouble linking tickets for DS and girlfriend. Took a week of calls to IT to get it right. Don't know they did, but for the moment it's linked. Have no confidence that it will stay linked....:worried::worried::worried:
 
Same thing happened to me with my annual pass. Unfortunately, tech support wasn't able to fix it and had to send it over to the DVC people. I'm still awaiting a resolution.
