I was playing falling chairs and wearing my pink princess dress (that I got the first time they released them lol) and I didn't get a chair. I said pay. Here's how the conversation was going.

Her: give me your dress skirt
Me: no it's not for trade
Me: sorry
Her: boot!
Me: someone should report you (she was being mean to everyone)
Her: boot!
Me: if you don't let me pay I will consider reporting you
Her: ok, pay
Me: (put in Fantasyland castle quest pin)
Her: no
Me: it's quest
Her: i have it
Me: i am leaving

I clicked the map, hit Small World Imports, got there, she had booted me. I was never going to report but someone should have, she was really mean.

I am just a little confused (what else is new...lol) You wanted to give her something and yet at the same time wanted her reported? Was this a game where you had to pay to play? I'm sorry, I am just unsure of what you were talking about there. :confused3

I never let DD pay for falling chairs. So many times the owners take things and leave the game unfinished, whether it be by DC or their own doing.

One girl told DD she was reporting her for not giving her free furniture. :confused3 Well, I reported that girl for harassing her. All these crazy stories of people getting banned for no reason and staff members beliving one side of a story have me in overprotective mode.

I have a few wonderful words you can say next time(if there is a next time):

Take it.
Leave it.
Report.

The answer to your problem is simple.

Don't return to that guest's room. You don't need that kind of hassle.
The minute the owner gives you a hard time, leave.

If you don't want to be around a player, find another room.
Don't let the player push you around.

No, I didn't get a chair, so I was going to give her a littel cheap pin or something, because that's what most do and what most people expect. She didn't have one and was pretty much demanding everyone who had one to give it too her.

She didn't have a pink princess dress skirt, that is. lol

I wasn't going to report her, but someone should have the way she was treating everybody.

just off topic a little i guess...

in yavns room today a guest kept ignoring us that magic makes people in a crowded room crash he called us mean and says that if staff says don't do magic then i will stop and i don't have to listen to you, etc. oh and called most people "bat tea boys" and also said to me up yours but crashed before i could report...

That guest was awful! I feel bad, i really don't have a fast computer so i couldn't talk. I felt bad that i couldn't do anything! :sad2:

Why do people pay to play a game? I just don't understand.

My first week of Win Golden Doors I had a couple of people ask me how much to play. I was shocked. I told them nothing as I got the golden door cards for free so how could I charge.

At my Halloween Party last year I did not charge. I either purchased items as prized or gave away quest items.

My suggestion is stay away from any game that asks you to pay to play.

It wasn't pay to play. If you got out you could pay to stay in. It was optional.

That's still a pay to play option, and I agree with Judi that those types
of games should be avoided. I really would like to smack the people who
thought of "pay to play" or "pay to stay".

Then again, the players who play for free are often in need of a good
smack, too. Many are ungrateful little twerps who complain if they
win a "bad" prize. I say they should be happy to get any type of prize.

And thank yous? These people were raised in a barn, I'd say.
I find it refreshing when I see people "ty" in games.

My tip for that to never happen again:

When you are in an unknown owner game room (I mean if less that 40% of the VMKers know the owner) do not wear your costumes.

If you are goin gto pay, say it out loud, so she is the fool asking for the dress, which of sourse she wont do.

Write down the owners name before you play just in case they are scamming you.

That one statement right there clears it all up for me! LOL I have been trying to figure out what you were saying and now I finally understand! lol. So, you went into a falling chairs room, lost, and the owner gave you the option of staying or paying. You then chose the "pay" option and proceeded in fulling it. However, she refused your "pay" option and demanded a much more valuable item other than a pin. That is when she started to annoy you with what you mentioned in your first post. Right? lol :teeth:

Exactly. I don't know why I pay, and I am always very grateful to get whatever prize I get, and I almost always say Thank You to every player I trade with, even if they turn down my offer, or I turn down theirs.

believe me, pay is bad but revenge is worse! I was in a color game but this girl got out, the owner said, " pay, watch, leave, or revenge. So the girl paid the owner two pieces of furniture and got me booted! :furious::furious::furious::furious::furious::furious:
